Everything about this place was beautiful, I could happily highly recommend it to anyone that might ever want to visit Paris. It provided us with a great location right by the metro and plenty of places to eat and drink. Staff were so welcoming and accommodating for us it was a great experience. I chose this hotel because it's close to the venue for a conference I attended. Although I've visited Paris many times, this is a neighbourhood I hadn't explored before, but I was pleasantly surpised. The hotel is located next to a métro station that is served by three lines. One of them runs along an elevated track, but I could hardly hear it in my room (5th floor). Every member of staff I encountered was very friendly.

Slightly outdated room, but everything was clean. I don't mind reusing (hand) towels, so I didn't leave them on the floor, but they were replaced every day. Maybe the hotel could offer guests the opportunity to reuse towels, and even choose not to have their room made (which I've seen in several hotels).

We had the luck to receive a room with Eiffel Tour view, personal was respectful, we didn’t try the breakfast. Very good neighborhood, 2 min to metro station, good places nearby to serve a good meal and drink. Room a bit larger then I was expected in the middle of Paris.

The hotel is near the Eiffel tower, walking distance and metro station with 3 metro lines. Good eating places nearby. The reception staff is doing an excellent job Mr. Sow help us when checking early and get the Eiffel tower view room. Check out the day I tried to get a taxi or Uber to Orly airport but it was very difficult as it is a Tuesday, mr. Chinegu at the reception helped a lot to get a taxi but couldn't after his shift finished he helped us to get a metro ticket and carried our heavy luggage to the metro line since my daughter and myself couldn't carry it. I never expected staff help from a Paris hotel as much as I have traveled many times in Europe and France. This hotel is in a very convenient place to transport and food, there is a Sunday farmer's market nearby. Recommend this hotel and hope to visit again.

Small wash room

Breakfast was very good - There were bread, jam, nutella, cheese, ham, eggs, yoghurt, juice and some pan au chocolat.

location is perfection, lots of restaurants, metro just across the street. amazing!

I found the hotel old and very noisy, we could hear every single conversation from next door. The hall in each floor very small, we could hear who was coming or leaving, doors were pretty old impossible to lock without been loud. No USB charges in the room and it was a noise coming from the bathroom, i believe it was the ventilation system.

Room had a view of the Eiffel tower and location of the hotel was very close and convenient to restaurants, shopping, metro, and tourist attractions.

Room needs to be updated to be more inviting, especially given the location. For example, the curtain was off the hook, no wall decorations, no shelf space in the bathroom, knicks and scuffs on the walls, baseboard, etc. Breakfast seemed to be expensive compared to what was available in the area.

Location, location, location. The La Motte-Picquet-Grenelle metro station is literally in front of the hotel door. You can easily reach this hotel taking the metro from Gare du Nord and changing at Strasbourg-Saint-Denis, this will take around half an hour and will cost around 2 euros. As a first time visitor to Paris travelling on my own I had no issues reaching the location. The Eiffel Tower is also in a walkable distance, there is also a McDonald's right next door and some supermarkets around in the area.

Nothing - I think the value for the price was great

Location was brilliant, metro station was a stones throw away, it was a short walk to the Eiffel Tower and there were many restaurants and cafes on the door step. We only stayed for one night but was upgraded to a room with a view of the Eiffel Tower which was wonderful! Room was small but contained everything we needed. Staff were friendly and welcoming!

The Eiffel Tower is conveniently visible from the window, and it's easy to access as it's right in front of the 6th Metro line. There is also a MONGE Eiffel Tower branch and a MONOPRIX right in front of the accommodation, making it very convenient to buy necessary items. The soundproofing is decent, and the place is clean.

It seems that the accommodation cost is excessively high, possibly due to its location. Only 2 bottles of water were provided on the first day out of the 5 nights. The biggest issue was the absence of a refrigerator, so we couldn't enjoy a refreshing drink in temperatures above 30C in September. The room was small, like most Parisian accommodations, but it wasn't a major problem.
