The hotel has an excellent location – several metro lines are nearby, along with many cozy cafés and a store right across the street where you can buy all the essentials. The hotel itself is very quiet and comfortable. The cleanliness is impressive – the bed linen is crisp, snow-white, and the towels are fresh. The bed and pillows (two per person) are very comfortable, which is especially important after long walks around Paris. The room was small but cozy (we received a complimentary upgrade as we have Booking.com Level 2 status). A great feature is the zonal lighting – there are two bedside lamps on each side of the bed and a large lamp in another corner. The room also includes a kettle, two cups with saucers, and a selection of black, green, and herbal tea bags. The bathroom is well-equipped with soap, body lotion, shampoo, and fresh towels. Breakfast, while not overly varied, was delicious – sausages, scrambled eggs, self-boiled eggs, pancakes, and exceptional pastries! The only minor downside is the lack of slippers in the room, so I recommend bringing your own. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay in Paris!

The rooms were spacious and lovely. Really liked the shower and the space in it. We travelled and stayed us a family of 3 - very adequate space and to allow us to move around.

The location was a bit further away than anticipated. However, we knew where it was when we booked it. So the hotel did no wrong. Also, there was no milk on the tea and coffee tray. Which we didn’t realise until we were in pjs! There wasn’t a number for reception to call down.

I recently stayed at the Best Western Allegro Nation in Paris and had a wonderful experience. The location is excellent, being close to two major train stations. The reception staff were very friendly and gave us a warm welcome. The room was clean and newly renovated. The price-quality ratio was appropriate. All in all, I can recommend this hotel. Additionally, there is a bakery nearby, "L’Ecrin Gourmand," which offers delicious breads and pastries.

The bath towels were once not clean, but since we had three, we used the others.

Location is good, very near to the metro stations. Room was clean and front of house personnel was very nice.

Only thing we did not try was a breakfast. Since we did not have it in the arrangement, we were eating out of the hotel but on our last day of stay, before we had check out, we checked the breakfast in the hotel and it seems that the offer was not that great. Very few meals were offered...

The hotel was fantastic – very clean with friendly and helpful staff. I appreciated being able to leave my luggage both before check-in and after check-out. The location is convenient, with a supermarket nearby and the train station just a short walk away. I truly enjoyed every day of my stay!

I do not remember the director of the hotel's name it was like "Carl", however, he was very kind, client-friendly, and willing to go the extra mile to help. I was received with honor and I felt very relaxed during my stay. When I was going to check out my luggage were heavy and the cleaner stopped what she was doing to help me. I remember her having black hair and bright blue eyes, but she was very kind.

I did realize that on Sunday when I checked out and stayed in the lobby until I got picked up the front desk receptionist was on a phone call and speaking to loud. I was surprised to see how professional the front desk was when the director was there and when he wasn't they were on their phone or away from the desk. However, I am still surprised of how good of a service I got from the director and his team. Even the cleaner was so excellent.

This is a great hotel with easy access to Paris city center and the major sites. It is a few minutes walk to the Bel-Air metro 6 stop which gives you access to the metro system and the major attractions. Close by there are shops, bars, and bakeries. The room was real nice, comfy bed, great AC and a good shower.

The shower was a bath/shower but a bit high to get in to.

Staff, staff, staff!!! Amazing people, very helpful! The Croatian lady was very nice, helped us to get used to the Paris metro! Our flight was early in the morning, and the receptionist wasn’t grumpy by any means, he helped us to get on time for our flight! The room was cleaned every day!

We didn't have breakfast. The Hotel and room were very nice, with good facilities and the staff were very helpful, especially the lady who checked us in, she explained everything very clearly. The location was fine, really handy for the Metro.

The bed and pillows were a little hard and the side of the bath was a bit high to climb over. There were no teaspoons and not enough milk with the drink facilities.

Breakfast was continental. It was better than expected .The location was ideal since it very close to relatives. The staff was excellent and helped us with a ew minor problems.

I have no negative comments. This was not the first stay at this hotel. It was exactly as we expected.
