The balcony was nice. Decor and style of the hotel.

Staff were miserable and too serious. Breakfast ridiculously overpriced at e48 each and that was for a basic breakfast... having an omelette was an additional e12 for example. Room service took ages. Concierge didn't contact a restaurant when asked.

Breakfast was a letdown - surly staff compared to front of house and restaurant staff. I ordered a hot breakfast, and it never arrived - the bread was stale, and the yogurt was off. I didn't pay for breakfast but was surprised a 5-star hotel did not perform in this department. There should be some form of internal audit to check performance.

This is always my option in Paris and i would book again and again. The location is nice and it's not that noisy and secluded once you get out close to all the brands for shopping.

Just the approach or concierge when i asked about a restaurant. Service industry is meant to please people and not to turn them down. Well just one case though when I asked him to book last minute for a hotel he seemed annoyed and told me " you know what all restaurants you want are full and you book last minute" i think that should not be the approach. Just that and nothing else . But aside from this he was able to book me to another restaurant the day prior which was appreciated

I was in distress from another place I was staying at and booked Castille at the wee hours of the morning. The attentive staff, in particular Santiago at the reception, and the housekeeping team who did an excellent job to ensure my stay was beyond expectations. My room was very clean. Great location as well. Merci énormément!

Perfect Stay at Castille Paris. My sister and I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Castille. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the warm, welcoming staff who made check-in quick and easy. The hotel’s location is ideal—close to all the main attractions and shops but still quiet enough for a relaxing stay. The room was pristine and incredibly comfortable. We loved the modern decor and especially the cozy bed, which made it hard to get up in the morning! The view from the window was beautiful, offering a glimpse of the Tour Eiffel, and it really made the stay extra special. The bathroom was spotless, with high-end toiletries and a spacious bath with shower in marble. One of the highlights of our stay was the staff and Miss Berylle in particular. She went truly above and beyond to make our stay magical. Everyone—from the front desk to the housekeeping team—was attentive and friendly. They went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed, and we truly appreciated their professionalism. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Castille Paris exceeded all our expectations, and we’ll definitely be returning in the future. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing and luxurious stay!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Our car was parked for us and the concierge staff did their utmost to help us pack the bags into the car when leaving. Hotel gave us a nice upgrade which was of course wonderful. Location of the hotel is excellent if you like to be close to the shops, Tuileries gardens and the Louvre.

Unfortunately a strong smell of cigarette smoke in our room :(( We didn't complain as we had received an upgrade. Housekeeping came to spray around the room but this only masked the smell... The decoration of the common parts is nice but the room decoration was a bit dated, but of course this is subjective. The mattress of the sofa bed was rather hard. We didn't eat in the hotel so cannot comment on the restaurant facilities.

Location was as expected brilliant. Just walk out of the door and everything was nearby that we wanted. The neighbourhood was really lovely. Breakfast was excellent. Lovely dining room. Room was comfortable and well equipped. Reception and bar staff excellent.

Housekeeping was a bit lax at times. Second day nobody came to turn down the room at night. Picture of Deluxe Balcony Room featured comfy armchair which was not there. We had a dining chair instead. Armchair would have been useful at the end of the day. Balcony is very small - too small to really use.

Everything was excellent. Welcomed with a glass of a champagne, left with a smile. All staff was courteous, professional and smiling. Excellent breakfast, great valet service, location fantastic, one of our hotel best choices in Paris.

The smell in the lobby - daily housekeeping could be better in terms of cleaning the room properly - booked though booking couldn’t add my star points which was ridiculous.
