We stayed at this hotel during our trip to Paris and were absolutely delighted! The location is perfect: in the very center of the city, within walking distance of the main attractions, cafes and shops. I would like to separately mention the staff - incredibly friendly, attentive and always ready to help. We were greeted with a smile, quickly checked in, told where to have dinner and what to see nearby. английский The room was cozy, clean, with a pleasant interior and everything you need for a comfortable stay. The newly renovated balzac hotel is mesmerizing! The entire experience was outstanding! Room interior is perfect and the hotel always smelled fresh ! Staff were super friendly and helpful!! Special thanks to Mr Jihad and the front desk , other concierge members and the guys on the front door !

Rooms are considered small but it’s expected !

Magical experience from the moment I walked in. The interior, scent, and people were all beyond amazing. The atmosphere changes immediately when you walk into the lobby; it’s so chic and has such a nice scent every time you walk in and out. I got upgraded to a junior suite, which made my spontaneous trip even more fantastic. It was truly a dream; I hope to be back soon.

The staff, the location, all are amazing. The Hotal is very clean very helpful staff. Above and beyond is Jihad the concierge, his service is exceptional.

Excelente option!! I will stay there next time. Staff were very nice and attentive. Room was excellent! Big enough, clean and we even had private terrace. Bathroom was very clean!
