The best part of the hotel is the location, so close to all the main shopping and a good 30 minutes walk to Rue Sainte Honore or Gallery Lafayette. The rooms are very clean and comfortable and very well heated, the breakfast is very good, the staff is very accommodating. This hotel is always my first choice.

I was given a really small room. I know they have bigger rooms because I have been multiple times before with the same room booking category. Since I was alone it was okay but with more people I would have had to object and request something bigger.

The room was beautiful, comfortable, had all we needed, spacious. Luxurious! All the staff was excellent- so friendly, helpful, very knowledgeable-ultimate professionals in each of their roles. They made navigating the city easier and coming back after a long day welcoming. The location was convenient to walking or using transportation. Close to Champs Elysee and Arc de Triomph. Excellent breakfast buffet.

Nothing- it is an excellent hotel.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The bar and restaurant were very nice. We enjoyed the breakfast one morning. Food was delicious. The location is near some of the nicest shopping areas in Paris. Most major attractions are within walking distance.

When arriving from the States early in the day, the checkin process is hard on the body. I have stayed at the Frontenac twice and both times checkin was after noon. Be prepared for that if arriving in the morning.

The location was fantastic, making it super easy to get around. The hotel was clean, and my room had a lovely view of the Eiffel Tower, which was a nice touch.

The room was a bit small, and there was quite a bit of noise from the hallway. I was a little annoyed when the staff asked to see my credit card to confirm it was valid and verify my identity, even though I had already provided my passport. The British couple next to me, who also made the booking online with a credit card, didn’t have to go through the same process. Other than that, the rest of the staff were lovely.

Classy, excellent location, surrounded by bistros, luxury shopping, elegant decor. Supportive staff, but requires guest to state ALL necessities; face cloth, dresser drawer, dress the suite as shown on their website. Rooms were immaculately clean but spartan in presentation. Food service was under represented in value. Cereal, milk and coffee for $25 breakfast overpriced.

Spartan quality food service. Under dressed decor not represented by website. I didn’t get the Booking upgrade listed. No walk in Shower. The soaker tub had strangely placed grips for entry. Housekeeping resentfully complied with request or stated “they were closed”.

The location of the hotel was perfect. The Hotel lobby and bar was exquisitely decorated. Our room was spacious. The staff were friendly and welcoming.

The housekeeping could have been more consistent. Towels were randomly refreshed. Turndown service did not happen every evening. We put out items to be laundered and they were overlooked. These services were not that important to us, however, other guests may not be so forgiving.

The late breakfast was excellent very clever idea for this hotel to do more should follow there lead .the location can’t be any better I will stay again as I love Paris and this will be my first choice hotel to stay

New Year’s Eve we had dinner in the restaurant in the hotel not a great experience very disappointed food started well till mains appeared lamb chewy cutlets that I can’t cut with my knife which staff must of noticed as they appeared with a different knife nothing said like is everything ok just placed new knife down and walked off Many people came in and out as they excepted more walk ins for dinner service become bad sat in front of my lamb cutlets uneaten with no drink for 20 minutes and we went to them to pay the bill and was told we can’t bill to our room so we paid and left the set meal was one choice for each course and was 120 euros each felt let down with all the great places to eat on such a special night felt let down

The housekeeping is definitely one of the best. The cleanliness of our rooms after getting back to the room is extraordinary. Kudos to the housekeeping guy

We arrived late at night 11:30 p.m and left early in the morning at 6:00 a.m and there are no porters! The receptionist offered help but they should consider night shift porters!

I had booked under a search for two rooms via Booking.com, with two guest per room, one room for my wife, and I and one room for our two children, and prepaid. When I got to the hotel, I was informed that I had only booked one room for two guests so I had to spend another thousand plus euros for the second room.

The location is great..near many of the restaurants and cafes.. just 5 minutes walk to the champs elyseès..the breakfast was amazing many varieties & great quality👌my suite was spacious and have all what needed.

The elevator was too small..some of the stuff weren’t so friendly.
