I arrived at the hotel before noon and my room was ready! I was so appreciative and thankful, but my room was very small, the safe did not lock, the tv would not cast Netflix and the shower head did not work. Needless to say, that was disappointing but DIDIA really turned my experience around. When there was another room available, Didia upgraded me to a bigger room with a working safe and shower! Didia was so friendly and kind from the moment I walked through the door until the end of my trip. He was alwaya available to answer questions, provide recommendations and made me feel at home. Didia is the reason why the service was 10/10. The common kitchen has dishes/utensils if you need, coffee/espresso machine and complimentary fruit daily. The location was UNBEATABLE. It is very central but tucked on a side street, away from the noise but only a 5 min walk to Palais Royale gardens. Endless restaurants to choose from! I highly recommend Valentino and Le Louis, which are both a couple minutes away. I would love go return and stay at this hotel again. It was extremely convenient and the service was impeccable. Double check what type of room you book and do not book the very basic, unless you are okay with a very tiny room with no natural light. The first room felt like a dungeon. If Didia didn't upgrade me to a better room, my experience would have been terrible.

Our deluxe vintage room was amazing - cool quirky design which my tween daughter adored, a bang-up-to-date version of the mix-and-match decor of dozens of French hotels I've stayed in over the years. And the location on a surprisingly quiet street was perfect for sightseeing either on foot or via Metro. 7 mins walk to the Louvre, 15 to Le Marais, less than an hour's walk up to the Arc de Triomphe. Dozens of bistrots within a stone's throw. The staff were friendly and dealt with all my queries professionally.

My two suggestions would be a full size ironing board and some full size water glasses in the room!

We loved this boutique hotel. It is very central to wonderful restaurants and cafes, Louvre Musée and Center Pompidou. The hoteliers were so helpful and friendly. The room designs are quirky and très Francais. We had a massive spa bath in our room and a comfortable king-size bed. There is even a reading light in the toilet. The breakfast had plenty of choice in the continental options plus bacon, boiled and scrambled egg. Definitely staying here again.

The decor in our room needs a few touch ups and there was a dark mark on the arm of the sofa, but everything was spotlessly clean. And, honestly, there is really nothing that we didn’t like.

We stayed in Paris several times, but this hotel is absolutely amazing. The location is unbeatable: the hotel is located between Louvre and Opera, next to several central subway stations. The interior design of the rooms and common spaces is spectacular. One can immediately say that everything was done not only very thoughtfully but also with passion and love. The staff (Didier in particular) were very nice and super attentive. They made us feel like we were at home. Highly recommended!

Lovely, quiet hotel in unbeatable location. Easy walk to many sights, accessible to public transit. Bright, quirky decor. They offer filtered water & reusable glass water bottles in the breakfast lounge. We did not eat breakfast at the hotel, as there was an amazing coffee shop close by, but the offerings looked excellent.

Nothing really — it met our needs beautifully. Some might complain that the rooms are small, but ours had everything we needed (coffee maker, good shower, enough storage).

I had a very pleasant stay! Even a small room is full of lovely details like that telephone or even a small light next to the toilet. The hotel is centrally located without being in the middle of the tourist hustle and bustle. Recommended small restaurants, bakeries and bistros within walking distance round off the stay.

Arrived at the hotel around 8.30am after a 30 hour journey from NZ. The hotel manager offered me a room immediately with early check-in saying I must be tired and needed a rest. Great hospitality, thank you! Location is great, walking distance to all the Paris iconic sites including the Eiffel tower, Louvre, Montmarte, Le Marais neighborhood. Lots of great cafes and restaurants nearby.

Room is compact but I was aware of the size from the website. I only had a medium-sized suitcase, which was fine.

Such a beautiful place, exceptionally clean, with modern design and great atmosphere. Yes the room is small, but you have all you need in there and even a pretty large shower cabinet, which is a nice surprise! Great location, tasty breakfast, the staff was super nice and helpful. Thank you for being home for us in Paris!

Property was exceptionally located. So central and close to numerous great restaurants and shops. We loved being so close to everything. The staff were absolutely lovely and so helpful. Special shout out to Didier who was an absolute delight. Friendly, helpful, perfect front of house.

The room was lovely, very clean and we loved the shower but it was rather small. Also, I hate when a double bed is just two singles pushed together and you can feel it.

Location very centeral. Staff very friendly we especially interacted with Lorene & Didier ♡ Our room was the cutest 😍 and we found a huge pink/red heart with flower petals on bed. They made an effort. Room was spacious considering how small the rooms in Paris. Elevator is available.

Shower, toilet and sink all seperate takes some getting used to. There was no laundry service. No irioning board. Door had no lock. No option to partially open the windows except fully open them. Tea/coffee mugs were tooo small to drink in.
