Cute, quaint hotel located in a quiet area south of Paris within the 7th district. Front desk/check-in staff were friendly and helpful even to those with limited French language knowledge. Room I stayed in was of ample size with room enough so that my luggage did not impede the living area. Lovely balcony overlooking the street below to take in fresh air. Good hot water and pressure. Good WiFi connectivity. Breakfast selection though limited was enough for me and I was happy with that. For those who like to walk, like me, the distance wasn't too far from the important landmarks of Paris. Metro and bus station access is very close, so those unable to walk further distances could easily access public transportation. A pharmacy and eatery is located meters from the hotel.

This is probably the design of the hotel, so not much of a complaint here but merely something to note. There is only one lift which is quite small, so those with quite a lot of luggage (families) who have a higher hotel room booked into might have to make multiple trips to get their luggage up and/or down.

The room lights operated on a dimmer system and could not be turned off. To get the lights off to be able to sleep, I had to remove the keycard next to the door and navigate in the dark room with my phone; obviously no device could be charged with keycard removed.

Small nice hotel, suitable for holidays with children. The rooms are small, but in excellent condition, with a good design. The rooms have everything you need, the beds are large and comfortable. Very nice area, maybe it's a bit far from the tourist streets, but that's good, because there is no noise under the windows at night, there is a metro station nearby, so you can easily get anywhere. There is a fairly large selection of dishes for breakfast, everything is fresh and tasty. Please note that in addition to what you have already paid for the room, you will also need to pay a tourist tax at the hotel.

My favorite thing about this hotel was the bed and pillows! I hadn’t slept this good in years, not even in my own bed! The room was very nicely decorated and modern. The rooms are indeed small, I had a double room for myself and I think it was the perfect size for one person only. Personally I found the location great, the metro takes you to Opera where you can take the Roissy bus to the airport. I also loved that there was a room ready and they allowed me in the room as soon as I arrived. I didn’t take the breakfast so no comments on that.

The only thing I missed was having a mini fridge.

Room was small but well laid out and the bed was comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent. Metro was within easy walking distance.

We stay for a week for Paris Olympic. Good loction, closed to two venues, metro stations, restaurants & cafe nearby. Room is clean and staffs are friendly. Corridor is very nerrow, but I have the impression that rooms are bigger than other hotel rooms in the same category. Our suit has even a small balcony. We enjoy watching the Olympic, while having breadfast buffet. Hotel has privat garage parking nearby, 20euro is a bit pricy but acceptable, it's Paris.

* Breakfast buffet is quite nice, but food is same all the time. For long stay, recommend not to book breakfast, but decide on spots for some days. * Remote control for parking needs to be returned to reception everytime after use. If you use the car often, it's not convenient. When picking up car in garage, also enter via car way, not very safe.

Property was neat, clean , and the rooms was comfortable . The staff was very friendly . It has has everything you need . Great location Restaurants, bakery and supermarkets were walking distance . Uber to Eiffel Tower took around 12 mins and was around 12-18 euro. The Uber to Disneyland took around 60 mins and was around 100 euro . The breakfast was 10 out of 10 without a doubt. Make sure you have breakfast at the property .

Secure car park where we literally left it for the whole of our stay as it was an easy 30min walk to the Eifel Tower or 5min to the nearest metro (just at the end of the road and turn right) and virtually anywhere in Paris was reachable from here within 20-30mins. Quiet location, friendly staff and a lovely breakfast with a good selection served until 11am each morning. Well laid out rooms with a mini fridge and safe in each and really comfortable beds. We stayed as a family in 2 rooms and they kindly located us at the end of a hall opposite each other which was perfect. Would definetly recommend as a great base to explore Paris from.

Nothing to dislike

Upon our arrival, we were graciously welcomed by a courteous individual who provided us with comprehensive information and addressed all of our inquiries with exceptional professionalism. Her assistance was truly remarkable. Drawing from my experience working onboard luxury cruise ships, I have a keen understanding of the high standards of service, and I must say that she exemplified it.

Regrettably, I cannot extend the same commendation to her male counterpart who was on duty in the evening. When I approached him with two final questions regarding the closing time of the premises and the availability of a map of Paris, he remained engrossed in his personal music player and did not offer any assistance. Furthermore, when I sought help in pinpointing our hotel location on the map, he chose to ignore my request, leaving me to navigate the task on my own. No greetings or farewells were exchanged during our interaction. Despite this disappointing lapse in service, my family and I thoroughly enjoyed our visit. I would still highly recommend this establishment.
