The hotel is in a quiet street with a lovely cafe accross the road and only a few minutes walk to the main area featuring cafes, takaways and bus stops. The desk is 24 Hours so no problem with getting helpand security. The room was a good size and the bed a double bed, water presure was good for the shower. We didnt hear our neighbours or much in the street below. There wer ample plugs you just need charges and adaptors. It was a 7 minute walk to the Champss Elysees and 20 to the Arc de Triomphe if you didnt stop at shops :-) There were several direct buses to the main attractions at 2.50 Euro per person the brakfast at 13 Euros was very good, all you could eat including continental and cooked. They had 24 hour coffee machine in the reception area, which was free to use (although you had a kettle in your room also) There was a mini bar fridge in the room, with a few itemsd in it, but good for storing your own

They didnt supply Black Tea in the room, But i discovered on day 2, that you could take it from the downstairs area

Centrally located and close to shops and attractions. We were in room 106 and it was really quiet and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. A 3 star property with 5 star service. The breakfast had a good spread from bacon, eggs, toast, cold meats, cheese, fruits, fresh OJ and heaps more. The staff were absolutely awesome. Shout out to Isabelle, Gabriel, Andrea, Yvan, Daniela, Maud and Hozalan. Thanks for making our stay so comfortable. Appreciate all the assistance and information. Till the next time. The hotel is in a really convenient location close to numerous bus and metro stops. In a few minutes on foot you arrive at the Avenue des Champs-Élysées, Arc de Triomphe and many other tourist attractions. Staff at reception helpful and friendly. Good cleaning, change of towels daily. They also provide a breakfast service but we didn't use it

It certainly depends on the type of room but ours was slightly small and it was difficult to have two open suitcases in the room. Nonetheless I would say it is average for rooms in Paris. The location is definitely worth the size of the room.

Great hotel in an excellent location. Friendly and helpful front desk team. We booked 2 rooms, in the 5th floor, one was very spacious and the other one was in good size in terms of Paris. Both rooms were very clean and quiet, though facing the street. Bathrooms in both rooms were in good size. Lots of pillows in the room and controllable air con. VFM breakfast with nice selection of cereals, yogurt, eggs, cheese, bread and pastries. I would definitely recommend this place and loved to stay here again.

I loved Haussman Saint Augustine! I had a marvellous week there in Paris 2024 and was sad to leave. I'd definitely stay there again The main thing I liked were the staff, they were incredibly friendly and helpful. Radut in particular was exceptional, including helping me after a cab driver ripped me off, and recommending places to visit during the Olympics The hotel is spotless - and my room was very comfy and well equipped. For instance, there was a coffee machine as well as a kettle, plus free coffee, tea and bottles of water . Very welcome in a hot summer! And supplies were replaced every day Breakfast was great, especially the bacon, sausage and eggs . Pancakes too. They would always cook you fresh supplies if they had run out, even if the kitchen was about to close There was a relaxing seating area in reception, which provided free water, tea/coffee 24/7, plus sweets and goodies ! Again, these were always very welcome The location of the hotel was great too - centrally sited, very near 2 Metros, but in a quiet road. There were plenty of restaurants and bars nearby, plus Monoprix I'd definitely recommend this hotel

Prices were higher, but consistent with competitors and very much in line with price rises in Paris for the Olympics

Location is brilliant. Walking distance to everything you can think of. And to so many stations. Very well connected by bus too. The staff are extremely sweet. They will go out of their way to do anything for you.

Room size is quite small even for Paris. Cleaning quality can be improved. Property adds city tax over and above what is shown on Booking.com as total charges inclusive of city tax. For the price, the rooms can do with a little more upkeep. And better toiletries can be provided.

This is the second time we have stayed at this property. It is perfectly located on a quiet residential street, within walking distance to all main attractions including the louvre, champs élysées, Eiffel Tower and Moulin Rouge. It is also walking distance to some restaurants and supermarkets The hotel staff are very friendly. The hotel offers tea, coffee and snacks free of charge in the lobby.

The hotel is quite expensive and is not overly modern and did not have amenities such as a gym. The shower was clogged and the bathroom had an odd smell, which likely was coming from the drains. Breakfast is offered, we did not include this option, but it is €15 per person, which we thought was a bit pricey.

The Staff always went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, instantly providing suggestions on travel options, sites to visit etc. Breakfast for great and of high quality - They also did not rush us out though we stayed a bit after the scheduled time. The rooms were neat and clean - well equipped with a coffee machine and mini bar . Overall great location - very near to all major sites to visit - we were returning back everyday after midnight but the are felt safe and the reception always ready to assist with a smile even at night. Overall they made our stay really pleasant. Fun Fact : The cleaning staff always made some fun stuff on the kids bed with her toys and cuddlees arranged in an entertaining way and may daughter was looking forward to see how they set it up every day while we got back to the room.

almost nothing, just may be a suggestion to have few bottles of water in the room for easy access though I know we can drink off the tap.

This hotel was great for us because it could provide 3 twin beds rather than only bigger beds. They have 2 pushed together so if you need a king bed that works too. The location was pretty good, close to the train station and to tourist attractions. The bath tub was huge!!!!

The bath tub was great but it was almost impossible to have a shower without water splashing out on the floor. You can direct the shower head to the wall but that isn't helpful for showering. The size of the bath made it worth it though

Everything was excellent! The hotel is new and modern. Everything in the room worked perfectly — there was air conditioning, a coffee machine, a kettle, and a minibar. I especially liked that each bed had two pillows (one soft and one firm), so you could choose what suited you best. The hotel staff were very friendly and courteous. I will definitely recommend this hotel to all my friends. Thank you again for the wonderful stay!
