This hotel was wonderful t the staff outstanding and there s staff at the desk all night! There was a lot of construction going on ar the time I was there but everything was clean construction was blocked off and on the lobby level. Location was excellent either way transportation either way the staff will call a cab for you pick up in front. The breakfast was brown bag at the desk fresh fruit, pastries, juice and coffee all very good. I cannot say enough about this hotel I will be back my go to when in Paris. I will say again the staff was beautiful I felt like I knew them all for a long time that's how they were. My room was comfortable 2 bathrooms one with the bowl the other with shower and mirror this place is a must stay down the street form Moulin rouge down the block quiet neighborhood Its a beautiful place!

The hotel has an exellent location, close to all Paris sights. We walked every day to the direction of the Louvre, Sena... This is a Montmartre area, so there are many restaurants and cozy French bistros, Starbuck's. The Blanche subway station is in the corner of the Blanche Rue. You can also visit Gustave Moro Museum with the amathing painting exhibition, which is located in this neighborhood. This is a convenient location for tourists. The staff was very friendly, and you can find a receptionist all day and at night too. The breakfast was good and so French! You can choose cheese, omelet, sosidges, croissants and pastry.

The very-very small room! The bed takes up the entire room. We couldn't go to the window. It was tight for the two of us. This Blanche street is overcrowded, so it was noisy at night.

It’s an older boutique hotel that was been renovated with newer facilities. The location had lots of restaurants, stores and bars nearby. It’s close metro stations. I also liked the pictures of Josephine Baker in the lobby. The hotel is named after her.

My suite didn’t have a shower. It had a giant tub with a shower hose attachment. I told the hotel staff that it was dangerous and unsafe for me to climb in out of that tub to take a shower. They said they are removing the tubs, renovating the bathrooms, and putting showers in all the rooms in December 2024. That tub is very unsafe for guests to shower in.

We had a wonderful stay, thanks to the fantastic location, which made exploring Paris incredibly convenient with close access to metro and bus stations. While this may not feel like a typical 4-star hotel in terms of breakfast variety and room size, the staff truly goes above and beyond to make the stay as enjoyable as possible. Their dedication and genuine effort to ensure a pleasant experience really stood out, and I also appreciated the thoughtful touch of complimentary tea, coffee, water, and delicious croissants in the lobby.

The room was really small, and the breakfast facility felt packed, crowded with limited options. This didn’t quite meet the expectations of a 4-star experience.

We stayed in Place de Clichy in different hotels over the years and Josephine is now our favourite. The family room was spacious and clean. The best thing about this place is the reception staff. Especially two young gentlemen working on our check it and check out. They were super friendly, helpful went above and beyond. Late check out wasn’t a problem which is a nice touch as many Parisian hotels don’t offer it. Dog friendly! We loved everything about this place. We were sad to leave. Excellent hotel. Will recommend to friends and family. See you soon :) thank you again.

The hotel's location is perfect (3 minutes walk from Blanche Metro Station). The hotel's decor is very stylish and has the feel of a boutique hotel. When we checked in, there was a personalised handwritten note and small packet of Belgian chocolates welcoming us. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Our room had a window that acted as double doors to allow you to steo onto a private ledge/balcony. The whole hotel is very clean and has a really nice vibe. We didn't have breakfast, but I had a look, and there was a nice continental selection on offer. Overall, this hotel was faultless and exceeded expectations.

Slight smell of drains as you entered the room - the bathroom was very clean but it had a slight smell. Area was lively but a bit seedy, lots of sex shops etc. so not necessarily somewhere I would want to stay again in Paris.

The location is pretty good, close to a few public transportation stations. The hotel is very charming . The street is pretty quiet There is a station to make tea/coffee 24/7 at the reception, and you also have a kettle in the room.

​The rooms are not sound-proofed, you hear if the people in the next room speaking, and in the morning you wake up when the cleaner comes to the floor and starts to clean the nearest rooms.

It was an absolute gem! The location is a few steps from metro and Moulin Rouge, safe and lovely street with at least two bakeries and to top it - free coffee in the hall. We loved the interior and compared to Parisian accommodation prices - that was a great value. My partner had a birthday and we discovered balloons and chocolate in the room. Sara from the reception was an absolute angel and changed our room to a higher floor with a view! We stayed in a triple bedroom: lots of space for two adults and a 4 year old.

Perfect location in the heart of Pigalle, 100m from Moulin Rouge. Very close to two metro lines. The staff were great. The room was clean, with comfortable beds, and wifi work properly during our stay. There were kettle in the room with complimentary coffee/tea. Pleasant lobby with complimentary refreshments (coffee, water, croissant).

Breakfast could be better with more options and space was very crowded and tight when the hotel was full. Fridge in the room would be nice.
