This was our first visit to Paris, and Hotel Joyce was a perfect stay for our! Its location was great as its relatively close to multiple metro stops. The area is safe, quiet around the hotel, but you have easy access to restaurants and more lively areas. We walked to and from the hotel at night and felt reasonably safe. The room was a great size, very spacious for a European hotel room. It was comfortable, cozy. The hotel overall is quite charming. I personally really liked the spiral staircase that goes to all the room floors. The complimentary snacks and drinks were an amazing perk. We would often come back early in the afternoon and grab a drink and a snack as the perfect mid-day break from our exploration of Paris. I also cannot stress how helpful and friendly the staff is! They were welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. I have to mention that my mother actually left her cell phone in our taxi after we checkout and got dropped off at the airport. The Hotel Joyce staff were able to help us get in contact with the taxi driver to get her phone back. It saved our trip from disaster! Their assistance was so above and beyond! I would definitely plan to stay here again when I return to Paris!

Overall a good place to stay and I guess by Paris standards a fair price. The complimentary snacks and soft drinks were appreciated, however, we asked for sugar free drinks as one of our party is an insulin dependent diabetic but they just said they couldn't supply these and there was a shop around the corner. Somewhat disappointing for a 3 star hotel which promotes its meeting all its guests needs.

Beautifully clean, incredibly central, amazing air conditioning during a very warm European summer. Hôtel Joyce was a pleasure to stay at, staff that we interacted with were very kind, especially when we were first greeted. The room was large enough with high ceilings and we appreciated it due to the warm days in Paris. The team would always restock the minibar in the room and the hotel provided snacks/refreshments from 2pm-2am, something we utilised after arriving back from a big day exploring Paris. We were grateful that a lift was operational during our stay as our bags were very heavy. To note the lift is a little on the smaller side but still useable. This hotel is close to metro and bus lines. I enjoyed staying here.

I had the breakfast buffet one morning and just a personal preference, would have appreciated a bit more fruit but it was still great!

This is my 3rd time staying at Hotel Joyce in the past couple of years, and I must say it is still an exceptional stay every time. It's in a perfect location where it is near enough to walk to important sights, but not in a touristy area of Paris. It's road is accessible for Ubers/private pick up and near enough to the Metro/bus stations. Love the size of the rooms with such soft beds and so clean every time! Staff also go over and beyond to help you out with any concerns. Lastly, I love that there is a snack bar is open from 2PM to 2AM, to tide over your thirst or hunger from your day. Also the items in your fridge is free and gets restocked everyday!

The location is pretty ideal with it being near the metro and walking distance from some of the attractions. The team at Hotel Joyce Astotel has been exceptional (Guy, Gamica, Tidiane and Kereddin). They have the warmest team who are always ready to offer their assistance. Especially Guy and Gamica. They have gone above and beyond to ensure that we are comfortable at the hotel and provided information and suggestions on where to dine and what attractions we can do to experience Paris.

The hotel rooms are carpeted and the hotel does not provide bathroom slippers. Would be good if slippers are provided.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. You feel at home right away. They also have luggage storage free of charge and they happily agreed to keep our stuff for us for a good 10 days while we traveled outside Paris. So generous! The free drinks and snacks from 2pm onwards also helped us relax and reboot before heading out once again. I’m also particular about the size of the room and this one worked well for me. Last but not least, I left my phone charger in the room and was afraid I lost it. It has a sentimental value. They got back to me even if I had already checked out, and the manager assured me that she will keep it safe until I am able to send a friend to get it for me. So grateful for the people in this hotel.

I have Rhinitis so I’m extra sensitive to dust. I’m guessing it’s probably the carpet and curtains, but for people who are non-sensitive, it should not be a problem.

Great location, between Montmartre and the opera, in a wonderful neighborhood full of nice cafes and restaurants. The room was nicely decorated and the bed comfortable. The street was quiet and we were able to sleep peacefully. We also appreciated the free minibar drinks and the snacks available at the restaurant area in the afternoon. The staff were all extremely kind.

Most rooms seem to face the interior patio, without a view of the street/rooftops. There was no thermostat so we could not control the temperature of the room (it was a little bit warm for us, but we solved it by leaving the windows open). The bathroom didn't have a ventilator. These were all minor inconveniences.

This is the second time we have stayed at Hotel Joyce. In fact, we returned after the Airbnb we reserved nearby was so terrible that we sought refuge here at the hotel! We love that their location is easily accessible to the metro station and fabulous restaurants, grocery and clubs. Safety and security is also a top priority as well as cleanliness of the room. The breakfast is a great way to start a long day of sightseeing. Staff is always friendly, helpful and professional. Keep up the great work!

I enjoy their breakfast which you have to pay but the breakfast place is available from 2pm to 1am for you to enjoy their free snacks and drinks. The drinks in mini bar in the room are all free. I love their croissants and French loaves. The place is very cosy. It is also near to Sacre Coeur and the pretty streets in Montmartre.

Not really not like, but we had scrambled eggs, baked beans, potatoes, quiches, sausages and ham, 5 days in a row. Maybe a little change like fried eggs or hard boiled eggs? But overall ok!

Very nice location in a lively neighbourhood and close to the metro stations, many nice cafes and shops around. Our windows were overlooking a quiet backyard, so we could even sleep with the windows open, no noise. The room and bed were comfortable, there was even a bathtub. There is a small elevator available, so no worries about the stairs. Very pleasant experience overall.

Nothing very critical, but I would prefer a wooden or laminate flooring instead of the carpet.
