The staff were some of the warmest most helpful people we have encountered in our decades of travels. While Parisians sometimes earns their standoffish prickly reputation, we had the opposite experience at this cozy, well located boutique hotel. While the rooms were big-city small (think Manhattan) their warmth and helpfulness more than made up for it. The beds ar every comfortable and breakfast was well prepared and plentiful. Then there is location - walk to Arc de Triomphe, Champs Elysees and countless other Parisian highlights - or use the metro steps away and you "will always have Paris".

Small rooms that sometimes led to bargaining over who would stand or sit where.

Beautiful and chic designed hotel in very safe area near Arc de Triumph and Champ ELLYSEES Great staff, helpful with reservations, attentive and polite. Stayed at standard room, decent size for Paris, small bathroom but well designed. Fridge full of high-end drinks. Quite street, minimal street moise. Used spa facilities for sauna, pool, and hot tub, excellent idea afte all day of exploring Ptovided with lush robes and slippers Did not have breakfast, but the breakfast area looked great. We visited bakery around the corner for a quick coffee and pastry. Would nist definately stay here again and recommend. Thank you.

The shower head in the bathtub was weird

This boutique hotel feels "lux" throughout its interior and design. It was hot during our stay, but it always felt cool and smelt lovely, with lots of generous finishing touches throughout. We used the gym most days, took a dip in the pool (which isn't large), and were in and out a lot, exploring all that Paris had to offer. The staff were always attentive and friendly. The beds and bedding were lovely - but the bed was very small (140cm only). And the bathroom was well-appointed. Our room was very small though!

That the staff kept referring to our "small" room - it obviously is the smallest in the hotel! Which slightly took the shine off our stay - we felt a little short-changed as we appeared to have got a good deal on Booking.com. But perhaps we just paid a fair price for a smaller-than-average room. My husband is 6ft 3, and I'm 5ft 7, so we are taller than average! The bed felt very small.

We had the most fantastic stay here. The staff were wonderful- so friendly, welcoming and always willing to help. The moment we arrived we were being helped with our bags through the door and this level of service was maintained throughout our entire stay. The hotel itself and the rooms and facilities were stunning, exactly like the photos, if not better. We were fortunate to be upgraded to a suite from an executive room. The hotel is very close to the arc de triomphe and champs-elysees (a few minutes walk away), a supermarket was about 1min around the corner, most attractions and sightseeing spots were within 30mins walk, otherwise the metro was very close by too. Would happily recommend this hotel to others. No downsides only positives to report. Thank you Hotel Keppler.

Upgraded to a suite, which was fantastic. The room was spacious, bright, and clean. The hotel location was great, just a short stroll to the Avenue des Champs-Élysées.

Perfect localisation. Very close to Champs Elysees and Arc de Triomphe. Immaculate staff. Tasty breakfast, although repetitive. Grocery store nearby.

Tiny room. Not sufficient for 4 persons! After changing sofa into sleeping bed for 2 our children there was hardly any space to even pass the room! Such „Junior Suite” should Not be proposed by the hotel for 4 persons, max for 2 persons. At least not for 3000+ euro for 4 nights.

I can confidently say it exceeded every expectation. From the moment I arrived, the level of service was outstanding. The staff greeted me with warm smiles and offered quick, efficient check-in. The room itself was nothing short of luxurious with view to the Eifel tower Impeccably clean, very spacious for Paris standards, and beautifully designed, it provided the perfect environment to relax after a busy day. Hotel is perfectly situated—close to major attractions, shopping districts, and transport links, yet still offers a peaceful retreat from the bustle of the city. All in all, my stay was nothing short of perfect. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a blend of luxury, comfort, and exceptional service. I’ll definitely be returning for future stays.

Excellent location. Gorgeous boutique hotel which is immaculately clean. Feels very intimate. Staff very helpful.

The lower priced rooms are particularly small. No floor space. Too hot for sleeping even when the heating function ‘off’. Air con not working. No modern phone charging points. Need a plug. No dressing table mirror for hair drying or using tongs due to position of tv. Would have to sit on bed. Plug point would not keep the connection so had to use floor plug. Bathroom shelf too small for this purpose and you would have to stand. No complimentary water provided either which I would expect in a property of this standard.

This small hotel is close to the Arc du Triomphe on a very quiet side street. The public space is beautiful with several sitting areas. Fitness center is better than most places. Lacks a restaurant except for breakfast, which is good but not great Best aspect is the staff who are uniformly friendly, knowledgeable, ever ready to offer suggestions and complete arrangements. Notcheap, but good value in the Paris market.a

They arranged a shower for my handicapped wife. It was supposed to be a walking but was a floor drain. Makes showering without soaking the whole room difficult.

We had a fantastic stay at Hotel Keppler. The location was excellent—perfect for exploring Paris! The staff were incredibly friendly and always happy to help with any questions or requests. Our room was beautifully quiet, well-equipped, and had everything we needed right at hand. A truly comfortable and relaxing experience. Highly recommend!
