The hotel has good location. At first I think I made bad decision because it is further from things like Eiffel tower, Louvre museum but after you figure out public transport using france app it is like near 3 core metros which is easily can go everywhere you want even disneyland was easily peasy to go. Has good restaurants and cafes near by. 0 sound or parking problem. Has very polite staff, explain all benefits and how everything work even tho it is basic thing. Tv has youtube so you can easily watch what you want. Probably will be my next choice in my next Paris trip.

Only thing is bad that room is little, we had 2 big suitcase so it was hard to move in the room when suitcases placed and open. And other thing is every hotel in my trip give me city card which made my public transport free in Salzburg, Basel etc. but I didn’t get it from Ibis for paris. I am a big fan of Ibis :(. Yet I don’t know how many times I used ibis hotel in different countries. They always worth it.

Room: The bed was soooo comfortable to sleep with. The room itself offers sufficient space for reading, clothing, and resting. It has a relaxing area, a table for using laptops, a TV, a nice bed, a spacious shower! The hairdrying works really well, to my surprise. I also love how they are prioritizing environmental-friendly practices in the hotel, such as offering glass bottles with still/sparkling water for free. Staff: The people I met at the counter were all super friendly and nice, with heart-warming services and care to details. They can also communicate well in English, which is stress-free for tourists! They are very welcoming, and I'm really happy to have stayed at this hotel for my 6-day trip in Paris. Breakfast: Had the breakfast on the last day of my stay (stayed in this hotel for 5 nights), the food types provided are quite a lot to choose from, and super affordable if compared to having the famous "petit déjener" at Cafe de Flore. There are eggs-boilling (DIY) area, a variety of bread, cereals, different kinds of milk, juice, coffee machine with various tea leafs. fruits and yogurt as well. Location: it's sooooo convenient to commute to other places, as the metro Ledru-Rollin Station is just 4-minute walk away from the hotel.

All aspects are great and exceeded my expectations (normally I'm quite a pickey person!). Once thing specific that the hotel can improve would be having connected their TVs with network. The TV provides a lot of features, including broadcasting functions, YouTube, Netflix; yet while trying to log in my personal account or connecting my phone screen, it shows error message implying that the TV is not working with YouTube or Netflix. But it's totally fine, since I really love the room and I got very quality sleeps here!

The staff were amongst the nicest I've ever met in any hotel. Very friendly and courteous. Bed comfortable. Great location for the Opéra Bastille. Easy métro connections. (Line 8) Great breakfast. Best thing of all: coffee machine available the whole time. Fantastic!

I would have liked to have been able to control my own heating. There was a radiator in the room but the controls didn't work. The room was just about warm enough but I would have liked it if it had been a little warmer.

The room was very clean, it had everything I needed. The bed and pillows were really comfortable. The staff was extremely kind and available at any time. They have a water dispenser at the reception. Also, they have free coffee 24h. The location was perfect, 15 min walking from Gare du Lyon, 2 minutes away from the bus station and 5 minutes away from the subway. The area is quiet and safe.

Maybe having a mini fridge in the room would have been nice.

We chose the hotel for the indoor/attached secure parking. Turns out we loved everything at the hotel. Simple, very clean rooms with comfortable beds/linens. Great shower. We were street side and it still seemed pretty quiet to us. Had the normal noise of guests slamming their door and talking loudly while waiting for the elevator so you still want ear plugs if you are a light sleeper like me. All the staff we met were so warm and helpful, they really make an already great budget hotel stand out. We wanted to stay in this area to check it out and loved the street/neighborhood. Interesting shops and good restaurants all over.

Rooms are small - normal for Paris, just keep your expectations set for super small. We thought it was well designed with places to organize your things a bit.

Complimentary water and hot drinks are a classy touch in today's word of overcharging the everything in the hospitality industry. The staff was always friendly and helpful and made us feel really welcome. The room was spotlessly clean and spacious enough. The 11th arrondissement is our favourite area because it has a "local's vibe" and the food is good and slightly more reasonable compared to the more central tourist traps.

Friendly, attentive staff at reception

Staff in breakfast room. We cleared all items on to a tray neatly and got up to leave, when we were stopped and asked to put the tray on a rack when there was no indication of this.. it felt rude after how much we’d paid for breakfast and the effort we’d already put into clearing the table. This should perhaps not have been pointed out so blatantly in the manner it was. It’s a hotel, not a hostel.

The location is really good. Near bus stop and metro. Walking distance from the Bastille. Near supermarket as well. The hotel was comfortable .

The cleaning was not constantly good. The shower was good, but every time during the cleaning, it was moved, and we had to adjust it again. I stayed for 4 nights, the first day cleaning was on the spot, but the second day on, the service was not the same. The sink in the bathroom was clogged, and a/c was turning off ever one hour.

The outstanding feature of this hotel was the staff, super friendly and so helpful. Made you feel genuinely welcomed every time you passed reception.

The only thing I would mention, which is minor, but was annoying was the quality of the pillows. They were almost completely flat and made sleeping on them a challenge. This was a shame as the bed was super comfy.

The hotel is well located, about ten-minute walk from Gare de Lyon. The neighbourhood is very lively, with lots of cafes, restaurants, and shops around. Short walk to Place de la Bastille. The room is good-sized and clean, the bed is very comfy. The staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good with plenty of freshly-cooked goods. In addition, hot drinks are always available free of charge, which is a nice touch.
