The room it self was worth every penny, and the breakfast was to die for

The room was clean but you can tell that the room hasn't been maintained that well in the past

There is actually safe feeling of the hotel, to go in is the room door key card access as to go in the room. Also, there is a buzzer, to go in to the main entrance. Breakfast was very simple, self service, but with all you need for breakfast: tea/coffee/juice; yogurt; few fresh fruit snacks, pastries, bread; you can boil your own egg yourself or get scrambled eggs already made; some ham, bacon and cheese available too; milk and few cereal options. The main reception area is very nice, just furniture is stained and very much used, but comfortable clean. The room, we stayed, had really nice view to the river, just there was no window handle to open the window a little with safe measures. There was very little window in the bathroom, which was opening fully. The room had clean linen on the two single bed, bed were comfortable enough, however, there was someone’s trousers left underneath the bed and the earrings in the bathroom on the shelf. There were hairs and stains on the carpet and some mould marks in the bathroom. Also dust on the shelves in the room and top bathroom shelf.

Rooms were clean, bed comfortable (but needed to sleep with two pillows), water pressure in the shower was good. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Continental breakfast was good with a selection I would expect in a French hotel. All in all, a great stay.

Rooms were a little small and basic. I booked 3 double rooms for my family and some rooms were larger than others. Rooms could do with modernisation and I felt they were at odds with how modern the reception/lobby and breakfast rooms are.

Reception was wonderful and staff friendly and helpful .the decor was interesting and comfortable.

The room was tired .The bathroom door was damaged and the paint was all chipped on it .there was no air conditioning in the room and as it was very hot it made the night uncomfortable .the rest of the room was ok .bed comfortable and a wonderful view of La vilette . The room was quite small but adequate .

My stay was generally okay. Good breakfast and the staff were attentive. There was place to relax after a days work.

My room was very small, especially the bathroom that was tiny. A bit more space would have been great. It was also quite far from the different Metro stations. Close enough if you were there there on holiday when you have time. I also think the dinner menu could have a bit more variety. I only ate there because I arrived too late after work to go anywhere else.

It's a really nice hotel: good location, in front of the Canal de l'Ourcq, the room was comfortable and clean, breakfast was well served, and the staff was helpful and kind.

Although the front of the hotel is in a nice location, in terms of public transport and access to the rest of the city it's a bit trickier: to reach the two metro lines (5 and 7) near the hotel you have to walk through some streets that can be more dangerous at night, especially on the way to line 7. And the route to the most touristic parts of the city takes a long time, so it's important to anticipate this commuting time.

The daily rate is reasonable and about 20 minutes from most tourist destinations. It's quite conveniently located near a metro station that has good connections too with a Franprix nearby for quick supermarket shopping

As expected in a big city, noise travels and sleeping with the window open at night (it's too hot to sleep with it closed) means it can be quite noisy

Good option for a short stay. I came to the concert in Zenith. It’s just 10 min walk. Same time to the nearest metro station. The room is tiny but clean and the bed is comfortable. The location is nice. The hotel is facing the river.

I came rather late for breakfast but in time. And I couldn’t find practically anything. The lady was actively cleaning and her face was telling us that our presence was undesired. I think it’s wrong.

The room and lounge areas were smashing. Breakfast buffet was great

We had a meal at the hotel for ne abd two friends. It was €20 each. It was meat and cauliflower and cheese and whilst the bowl between three was hot, the food was stine cold and the salad consisted of a scraggy piece of lettuce with the tiniest piece of tomato on top. Vile. We cmplained but still paid as we didn’t have time to stand around as we were going to a concert. Do not eat supper in the restaurant. Overpriced crap!

Location was great. Beds were comfortable. We had a great view from our room. All but one staff member were happy to be of service. Breakfast was super, lots of choice.

Bulb on bedside lamp and one side of bathroom mirror not working. No coffee making facility - this would have been a nice option. No handover or instructions on how to use the heating/air-conditioning.
