This was my 2nd stay at the hotel, once before in 2019, i loved it then and love it now. The reception staff was the best then and now nothing has changed. The lady at the restaurant that arranges the breakfast does a fantastic job, remember her from 6 years ago. Overall a great hotel to stay.

The hotel it's self was very nice and cute. Small elevator but two people fits in it. We love our small room and AC were amazing when outside was +29C. Hotel and rooms very clean and in good location

BREAKFAST - not worth it to buy it as nobody cares about you! It's almost always been empty, we been in many places and tried breakfast almost in all hotels we been, but I never seen such a small options of food for such a big amount of people coming every morning.... The employees as well doesn't care .. it says that breakfast untill 10 but 8 o'clock there not much to choose already ... We were really disappointed.

The hotel location is very convenient, not far away from the Eiffel Tower and with a good amount of restaurant and cafes within walking distance. Very well connected to public transport and the staff is super friendly. Perfect for a weekend getaway in Paris. Good value for money.

Nothing, everything was great!

Location of hotel was so close to metro station and bus stations….It seemed very safe location to me….We got room service everyday After we go out in morning before we come back in eve our room was super clean and organised… Reception staff was super nice too… cake and coffee 24*7 at reception which served great as midnight snack… breakfast was free

Rooms were small and with no closet space only few hangers

The front desk staff were stellar! Special mention to Kevin, Lina and Jen (abbreviated name as we cannot pronounce it). Breakfast was great with good amount of selection except for 1 day out of our 4-night stay - there were “slim pickings” - less than usual variety. Breakfast staff were also nice except for 1 lady who never smiled and made us feel she’s discriminatory. Bedroom cleaning staff also great!

Close to metro. Breakfast included, good coffee and orange juice machine. Quiet residential area but easy to get to other areas. Comfortable bed.

Not much space for clothes

The place totally met our expectations. Although we read some reviews that the rooms were small, ours (room for 2) was actually quite a normal size and met our needs. The whole place looked clean and well maintained. The location was also convenient as we had nearby access to several metro stations and were 30-40 minutes away from the main attractions of Paris and Rock en Seine (which was the subject of our visit). I'd say it's a great value for money.

There's free tea, coffee, water and cake at the first floor as well as a reasonably priced little bar. Staff was very friendly, offered me to chose between several rooms and explained the differences got a very calm room facing the court rather than the busy street.

Location and value for money, and kind staff

I won't describe bad but the hotel doesn't have AC. For me it was ok but if someone can't deal with hot weather, that could be a deal breaker.
