very helpful and friendly stuff, good location, great buffet breakfast,

iinsulation, noisy guests.

The hotel is in an excellent location, bus, metro stations are within 5 mins walk, restaurants and shops too. It is a small hotel, with extremely friendly and helpful staff. Our room was on the ground floor therefore was easily accessible by wheelchair. The room had accessible bathroom too. The room was freshly refurbished so was absolutely clean and bed bug free. Matress was beyond comfy. We have asked for an accessible room and I think the hotel went above and beyond to provide it. Responded to all our questions in a timely manner.

It is not that we didn't like anything. The breakfast is limited (continental) but was plenty. The breakfast area is not accessible by wheelchair though the breakfast can be taken into your room. There are no real chairs or tables in the room though to have your breakfast on. Just a very small side table and a plastic pouffe .

the staff were friendly , quirky hotel with the spiral staircases . hot shower , maid came in every day to clean & change towels . water in reception to fill up bottles . handy shop next door and metro 5 min walk away .

breakfast room a little cramped hard to get around when it’s busy . A year ago I had booked 2 rooms (3 in one room and 2 in another ) upon arrival at check in they tried to give me two doubles and one single (for free ) but I didn’t want or of the kids staying by themselves . after refusing this option the receptionist soon sorted it out & gave us what I had booked .

Excellent location very close to lots of restaurants and right by Republique Metro station. Decent breakfast, nice bed slept really well

Rooms a bit small however you expect this from a converted building rather than purpose built hotel and let’s face it how much room do you spend in your room on a city break

Location was great easy walk down from train station at Gare Du Nord (20 mins) . We had a ground floor room so no issues .Quiet. warm enough in February. Breakfast was more then enough to start the day. Location had loads of nice bars and cafe's around. metro about 3 min walk max. great value for money.

Street cleaners but that's not the hotels fault and its good they where cleaning the streets kept it nice.

Location is just perfect and in quiet street as well. Walking distance from lot of main monuments of Paris and metro station line 8 around the corner, theaters, bars, restaurants and small interesting shops around. Staffs are very friendly and welcoming, breakfast is definitely a plus and all can find his happiness. The bed is also very comfy. I had really good night sleep

The facilities are a bit outdated and will be great to be uplifted. but for the price, location and all I mentioned above it is a great place to stay, knowing Paris is overpriced this is good option.

Breakfast was free and I felt it was very good.

My room was next to the elevator and when it was moving between floors you could hear it make absnging noise. I know there's not much you can do, just an observation.

Location was very good, near to Republique station that allowed us to move into all the city using the train. It was a nice place to stay and rest., 😁, the hotel was clean and tidy, the hotel crew helped us a lot., highly recommended.

Poor variety on the breakfast ( but is understandable )

Very convenient location. Great metro and bus connections. Direct 15 min bus journey to Gare du Nord. Bed comfortable. Bathroom excellent. Staff helpful and friendly.

Clean, comfortable, ideally located.

It's a budget hotel and is fine for that category. room size is as expected, bathroom fine, breakfast acceptable - staff were really helpful and pleasant. Location is great - close to restaurants, bars and metro

Price - its expensive for what it is but it is in Paris
