The hotel’s location is unbeatable, situated right between the Étoile and Les Ternes, making it incredibly convenient for sightseeing, dining, and shopping. Its central position allows easy access to several landmarks and many restaurants and boutiques. The staff is exceptional, combining professionalism with genuine friendliness. The breakfast offered a decent selection, including fresh pastries, cereals, fruits, and continental options. The sauna provided a relaxing escape after a cold day. The interior design and furnishings throughout the property are of high quality, creating an elegant and welcoming ambiance.

While the breakfast was decent, the self-service coffee from a capsule machine left much to be desired. The bathroom in the junior suite showed signs of wear and tear, including visible water damage. The suite felt cramped, though this might be typical for Paris. The mattress was covered with a synthetic layer under the sheet, which not only trapped heat but also made squeaky noises, adding to the discomfort during sleep.

The room was very clean and nicely decorated, it has coffee /tea facilities and a fridge, which was very convenient for having cold drinks in the hot days. Also, a bottle of water was offered every day.

The bed was not very comfortable (soft matress) and the breakfast was quite pricey (26 euro). We asked for an omelette for breakfast and we were surprised to find out that it comes with an extra charge of 5 euro (i.e. it is not included in the standard price of 26 euro). The WiFi connection did not work all the time (e.g. while trying to access HBO, Netflix on the mobile phone) and the TV has very few English channels.

Special thanks to Ibrahim, who gave us a fantastic room upgrade — he truly made our stay extra special. ‏The location is perfect — just steps from the metro station, with a Carrefour and many restaurants and cafés right across the street. The Arc de Triomphe is less than a 5-minute walk away. ‏I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again. Once again, thank you so much, Ibrahim! ‏All the staff were kind and helpful. When my luggage was delayed at the airport, they contacted the airport for me and translated everything. Also, when we went to Disneyland for two days, they stored our luggage without any issue.

I cannot say enough good things about our stay at Le Tsuba hotel. The location was incredible making our navigation around the city very comfortable. The rooms were immaculate. They were clean and spacious for Paris standard, and the beds were so comfortable. We especially enjoyed getting to use the SPA. It was well needed after a whole day of exploring and walking around. However the best part of our stay has to be the staff. The moment we entered the we were welcomed by Ibrahim who with smile and warm welcome made us feel excited about the short trip. He was lovely to talk to and always happy to help! Le Tsuba became a family favorite in a super short time, and we are looking forward to returning on our next trip to Paris.

Friendly and helpful staff. Great room. Good location in an interesting part of Paris with lots of really good restaurants and shops. Outstanding value for money. All in all a very well run hotel.

Some of the details could use a bit of work. There are minor things such as the gym could easily be so much better. The synthetic "water resistant" cover on the mattress made the bed kind of hot, too, and is not usually seen in any up-scale hotels. These are minor things however and we would happily return there.

Clean hotel, the staff is friendly and the bFast is of good quality. To our surprise, we were upgraded to a bigger suite thanks to Ibrahim. The location is also great, close to Arc du Triomphe and the metro. We traveled with a baby and everything was accommodated for us. The toiletries are also of good quality (shampoo, soap, and body cream). You have restaurants nearby. We saw Japanese restaurants that were very good and original to Japanese culture and taste. I would recommend this hotel in Paris.

Fantastic hotel. Near to Arc du Triomphe but in quiet contest without the noise and caos of champs-elisèes. Lots of restaurants and brasseries in zone where you can find real french people. The room is so beautiful, clean, new and well furnished with free water (natural and sparkling) refilled every day Bathroom new and spacious. Breakfast is very rich with a variety of fruit, desserts, eggs, potatoes, salades, marmelades, croissants, chocolate, juices...everything. Staff is so professional, never invadent, very elegant for a luxury contest.

The whole stay went very well, as expected. Excellent staff.

The hotel was supposed to block around 150 Euros during check-in - at least that's what they told me. I have discovered unfortunately that the hotel charged for me for the stay and also blocked the same amount on my credit card (720 Euros). Almost one month after my stay, this amount remains blocked. I've tried contacting the hotel through the contact form on their website, but to no avail. This is a shame and looks like scam or the hotel should have warned me at the moment of check-in! I hope that after this review the amount will be unblocked immediately as I cannot use my credit card to the full extent. Otherwise, my stay and the hotel itself were excellent.

The staff is friendly and careful. They are very professional. It is also important to highlight the diversity of that staff. Location is good for visitors. The well-being space is comfortable. The cleaning is perfect.

The breakfast is a bit poor. Lack of fresh fruits. Hiring someone for facilitating the access of the customers, particularly for bringing luggage, could be useful.

Everything was good. Ibrahim at the reception went above and beyond to accommodate my demands. The hotel is clean and in a very nice location. The view from my room was very nice. Breakfast was okay: Not too many options but had everything basic.

Room service was not refelling the bar automatically. I had to call every time to ask for empty cups and water bottles. It’s minor but this will make everything complete
