Brand‘s graphic trade mark. Reception. Front Door (I prefer to enter and leave the property totally by myself-using card, code or key. I don’t like being controlled on reception’s hand. I would love to have privacy on when I leave and enter the property). Wi-Fi is a bit slow when using GPU.

The hotel was good value for price. Room was small, but had everything we needed and tidy. Bathroom was tiny, but good water pressure. Staff were lovely. Breakfast was simple, not too many options but enough. The location was good in that it was a 10min walk from Gare du Nord, and 2min to the La Chapelle Metro. 15-20mim walk to the start of Monmartre district.

I didn't feel safe walking around there at night with my husband and wouldn't walk at night on my own. We were fine, no one even looked at us (other than trying to sell cigarettes), but first night in a new, big city was a bit uncomfortable. The hotel was safe enough though, the front door locked and someone on reception the whole time.

Hotel was easy to find, felt secure. Staff friendly and cheerful, all spoke good English. We had a recently renovated room which was quiet and clean. Daily service was excellent. Good location for getting around- recommend Canal area for eating and drinking, as all by hotel serve curry. Shower excellent. Safe in room. We would book again. Thank you!

Due to renovations the TV didn’t have a signal. We needed storage next to bed and in en suite. No kettle! By the station there’s a lot of Asian young men hanging around- but nobody hassles and it’s safe.

The room was spotless and exactly as shown in the pictures—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. It was so reassuring to find everything just as expected (or even better!). One of the things we truly appreciated was how cooperative the staff were. They kindly allowed us to leave our luggage before check-in and after check-out, which helped us a lot and made our travel experience much smoother.

Please consider providing small toothpaste and toothbrush for the guests.

Good reception area and friendly staff, lovely room, really comfy beds, good shower and bathroom, all really clean and tidy. We even had little Easter eggs given to us! I thought that a nice touch!

As a single mum, with a 10 year old daughter, I was a little bit uncomfortable in the nearby streets where there seemed to be a lot of men hanging around and slightly pushy young men trying to sell rip-off cigarettes around the La Chapelle métro. (Daughter thought toilet was a bit whiffy, mind)

It was so comfortable! The room was cleaned every day, which was always really nice. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the bathroom was great, with lots of hot water in the shower! And the staff was always very friendly. Given the price, I was pleasantly surprised with the quality, and I definitely want to stay here again.

The neighborhood wasn't the greatest, although I never saw anything really bad. I just made sure I always came back to the hotel long before it got dark out. It wasn't the worst neighborhood ever, though

The staff was very friendly and 24h present. The bedding and pillow was good quality. The room was newly renovated. Luggage storage was no problem and easy.

The area at night has no late shop and is a bit rougher. Not for a first visit to Paris or romantic honeymoon trip.

Perfect! The hotel has the best service and they will help you if you have questions. I had a question and I was immediately helped by 1 employee and both owners! The rooms are cleaned every day! There is a nice and atmospheric atmosphere in the room. The location is 15 minutes from the center, so ideal. And 2 minutes from the station. You don't notice anything from the neighborhood busier neighborhood around.

Excellent hotel for the money. Room with en suite facilities and Elevator. Crucially, it was quiet at night with the double glazed windows closed. Rooms cleaned every day. Staff very friendly and helpful. Full concierge service giving security. Ten minute walk from Gare du Nord and just across the road for metro station to central Paris. I could not fault this hotel.

Area behind the Gare du Nord is quite downmarket after dark, though we did not get hassled by anyone.
