Location, very friendly staff , room size was perfect, we got connected rooms for me and my kids family of 5 and got extra bed Room size was perfect for my 3 kids and luggage and the other room for the partners Toilets had bidet which is a plus The staff were very helpful and they responded very quickly to any of our requests We requested ac inside the room for one of the rooms cuz it was bit hot and they got the ac within 30 mins A lot of families in the hotel In general it met our expectations

The front desk and concierge desk were helpful. All hotel staff were helpful, many spoke English and were very friendly. We would stay there again and highly recommend it

We only wish they had fresh coffee available in the morning in the lobby that you can get before going to early morning tours. There are nearby bakeries but they open at 7am. There is a hot water kettle for tea and instant coffee but if you know good coffee you won’t like the coffee in the room.

Great location rooms were American size. I even had a small sofa in my room. The hotel staff is first class. They open the door when you arrive or leave they fulfill you ever need taxi are there within minutes. You can walk almost anywhere in Paris from this location, great restaurants, comfortable bed. I would absolutely stay here next time I go to Paris

I can not think of anything I did not like. It is within walking distance to everywhere. If in America if would be rated a four star hotel.

All personnel , especially Mr. Mokthar was so amazing. We felt like guests not customers. Mokhtar's help and suggestions allowed us to visit Louvre, Sacre coeur and Notre Dame without suffering in the queues for hours. Provided a baby chariot for us as well. Location is 20 minutes to Louvre and Tour by walk with a baby, in the heart of ChampsE, 2 minutes from the arc. M1 metro is 1 mins in front of Louis Vuitton hotel.

the location is amazing. The bathroom is very clean and has Shataf.

We had to wait 1.5 hours past our check in time to get into room. The roof top restaurant was on open for 1/4 days we were there.

The hotel room was comfortable, and the hotel is very centrally located. The staff of a friendly and accommodating and always willing to help. Overall, the place is very nice and well located so close to the Champs Elysee.

The rooms themselves are slightly dated and one would think that the property would be upgraded to match the times, but that is just looking for fault. The rate per night may be a little bit excessive for what you get (considering there is no breakfast included) but other than that not much to fault.

Amazing very friendly, very very helpful staff. Very helpful doorman and concierge ask them information on anything about anything anytime very cheer-full people. All the receptionists are amazing extra caring and listen to requests (knowing that i am a difficult person) they were kind and providing me everything i asked for. Always smiling. Breakfast is amazing and fresh everyday with again very nice staff. The rooms are spacious and air conditioned with the bathrooms well equipped with a water hose. They also provided us with a heater within 5 mins when there was a very cold night. I wanted to write this comment for the receptionists who handled my requests because i extended my stay without prior notice at the spot every few days and also in a very busy season in Christmas she gladly helped me to rebook the same room every couple of days without me alerting them before. Which is very hard specially during this time.Great help every time And the most important thing that made me stay is that they are considerate for every demand and request. I have a 9 months newborn who they provided a baby bed for ! I never got this high end service in a hotel before. Really anytime im back to Paris i would book it without hesitation. Noteworthy details: Hotel staff is friendly and considerate. Also very kid friendly. And they handle customer requests very seriously. If you are bothered with anything they will find a solution guaranteed.

The property was in a prime location and it was nice being close to the Champs -Elysees. The room was nice and spacious and the bed was comfortable shower had l didn’t like la good draw.

The only l didn’t like about the property was getting in and out of the shower it was a challenge especially getting out had to hold onto sink and slowly step out fortunately l had towels on floor of tub or it would have been a nasty slip and fall.

The breakfast was wonderful. There was a great selection. They let us check in early so that we did not have to store our luggage after a very long trip.

The lighting could have been better in the rooms. I thought we were getting a "courtyard view", but it was simply the back of the other buildings. I was disappointed in the view.
