the location is amazing. The bathroom is very clean and has Shataf.

The bed is little bit hard

Great location rooms were American size. I even had a small sofa in my room. The hotel staff is first class. They open the door when you arrive or leave they fulfill you ever need taxi are there within minutes. You can walk almost anywhere in Paris from this location, great restaurants, comfortable bed. I would absolutely stay here next time I go to Paris

I can not think of anything I did not like. It is within walking distance to everywhere. If in America if would be rated a four star hotel.

Location was good for access to TDF

We had to wait 1.5 hours past our check in time to get into room. The roof top restaurant was on open for 1/4 days we were there.

The hotel room was comfortable, and the hotel is very centrally located. The staff of a friendly and accommodating and always willing to help. Overall, the place is very nice and well located so close to the Champs Elysee.

The rooms themselves are slightly dated and one would think that the property would be upgraded to match the times, but that is just looking for fault. The rate per night may be a little bit excessive for what you get (considering there is no breakfast included) but other than that not much to fault.

Amazing very friendly, very very helpful staff. Very helpful doorman and concierge ask them information on anything about anything anytime very cheer-full people. All the receptionists are amazing extra caring and listen to requests (knowing that i am a difficult person) they were kind and providing me everything i asked for. Always smiling. Breakfast is amazing and fresh everyday with again very nice staff. The rooms are spacious and air conditioned with the bathrooms well equipped with a water hose. They also provided us with a heater within 5 mins when there was a very cold night. I wanted to write this comment for the receptionists who handled my requests because i extended my stay without prior notice at the spot every few days and also in a very busy season in Christmas she gladly helped me to rebook the same room every couple of days without me alerting them before. Which is very hard specially during this time.Great help every time And the most important thing that made me stay is that they are considerate for every demand and request. I have a 9 months newborn who they provided a baby bed for ! I never got this high end service in a hotel before. Really anytime im back to Paris i would book it without hesitation. Noteworthy details: Hotel staff is friendly and considerate. Also very kid friendly. And they handle customer requests very seriously. If you are bothered with anything they will find a solution guaranteed.

The property was in a prime location and it was nice being close to the Champs -Elysees. The room was nice and spacious and the bed was comfortable shower had l didn’t like la good draw.

The only l didn’t like about the property was getting in and out of the shower it was a challenge especially getting out had to hold onto sink and slowly step out fortunately l had towels on floor of tub or it would have been a nasty slip and fall.

Location, breakfast was good. The rooms were well appointed. The staff and the concierge were very helpful and helped us with our plans for the city sightseeing.

The room service was most pathetic, the staff sounded very disgruntled, we had asked for some plates and cutlery at 8.30 pm on the last day of our stay,no one answered nor was there any help from the reception. We were informed they are very busy they will attend your request. Surprised the cutlery nor the plates did not come at all. This was the most disappointing.

Good Breakfast

Shower in different room than toilette. The door at the toilette does not close and needs to be fitted. I told to the clerk during my second day of stance and never was done anything. That is a big fail that will be solved easily. This make anybody to consider that because of the price, the room is allowed to have poor quality.

Place is good and the room is nice

When I wanted to check out of the hotel early morning the staff had a bill that was incorrect I didn’t order from the room service only once and they had a bill of many orders then they checked it was a mistake and during check in they didn’t inform me that they will take tax after check out and when I checked out I had to pay

I would like to thank the management of WAWiCK Hotel Champs-Elysées Paris for the elegant style of dealing and hospitality that I received throughout my stay with my family in the hotel from Mrs. Sophia, Front Office manager. Her smoothness and sophistication in dealing is remarkable. She made us feel by her warm hospitality as if we were at our home and not in a hotel. All our requests were answered with pleasure and overwhelmed us with her hospitality. I thank her and appreciate her supports. Thanks are extended to the hotel's top management for their selection of their employees with this degree of professionalism, knowledge, and a culture of quality of service. I congratulate myself for choosing the hotel and congratulate the management on choosing Mrs. Sofia for this position. She is a big asset to the hotel and to the guests alike. I am sure that the hotel will witness an unprecedented turnout and occupancy in light of Mrs. Sophia's assumption of the position of Front Office Manager. She has the good spirit, ability, and keenness to follow the guests and seek their comfort.
