My stay at Crown Plaza Hotel in Borjomi was exceptional. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, some of the best I've ever encountered. They were professional, always wearing smiles, and went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and offered a stunning view of the river and mountains. The highlight was the amazing terrace, where I could relax and take in the beautiful surroundings. The lobby was stylishly designed, adding to the overall ambience of the hotel. As a thoughtful gesture, they provided cake and fruits along with a nice welcoming note, which added a personal touch to the experience. Additionally, the hotel offered free parking for my car, which was convenient. The location, next to Borjomi Central Park with a free park entrance, was perfect for exploring the area. Overall, my stay at Crown Plaza Hotel exceeded my expectations, thanks to the friendly staff, comfortable accommodations, and convenient location. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Borjomi.

The hotel is very strict about the number of guests, especially when it comes to children. They carefully check the exact age and charge additional fees accordingly. This also applies at the breakfast buffet, where children are only allowed in after age verification and extra charges. Room cleaning service needs improvement, and we occasionally experienced issues with the air conditioning.

This was our fifth stay at this hotel, and we once again had a wonderful time. We appreciate its location, as it’s right next to Borjomi Central Park and close to the minibus station. Although the hotel is not new, it is exceptionally well maintained. The rooms are spacious and thoughtfully arranged, and the bathroom is particularly large, with the toilet completely separated from the shower. Everything is spotlessly clean. The hotel features an excellent spa and swimming pool. The restaurant is also spacious, providing a sense of privacy despite always being busy with guests. We enjoyed every meal we ordered, not to mention the excellent wine from Winery Khareba. We will definitely return to this hotel in the future.

In the summer, the view is breathtaking, the ambiance is refreshing, and I regard it as an exceptional resort. Numerous services are available in the vicinity. I discovered bakeries, grocery stores, traditional Georgian cuisine, and halal restaurants. Additionally, the hotel is situated in close proximity to a park and a children's play area. Gogi, the receptionist, was exceedingly accommodating and extended us several offers. I am satisfied with this experience and would recommend it to anyone. Many Arabs were present at the hotel today.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, with easy access to popular attractions, dining options, and shops just a short walk away. The rooms were incredibly comfortable and spacious, providing a relaxing retreat after a day of exploring. The pool was well-maintained, with crystal-clear water and plenty of loungers, making it an ideal spot to unwind. Additionally, the surrounding area offered fantastic amenities, adding to the convenience and enjoyment of our stay. I’d highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a perfect mix of comfort, convenience, and quality!

The staff are very friendly. The food is tasty. The check-in and check-out process was smooth. The location is perfect, beside the central park, and the hotel offers complimentary access to the park for their guests. The indoor pool of this hotel is awesome!

The only issue I mention with this hotel is the need for regular pest control. Although the room was very clean, there were many spider webs in the balcony. Additionally, there were ants in the room.

This was my second time in Borjomi and my second stay here. I love this hotel. The staff were amazing. I am an IHG member so got an amazing room with a large balcony with a mountain view and furniture including 2 chaise lounges. The restaurant was excellent for dinner featuring a bit of Georgian and European cuisine. I didn't book with breakfast because I've been on the road for 3 weeks and was sick of breakfast, but there is nowhere outside of the hotel to have breakfast early in the morning so I paid $25 per person for breakfast. By Georgian standards, the breakfast buffet is nice and you can order omelettes. But the day before, I had eggs Benedict with Kamkachka crab in Batumi ($18.00) so I wasn't impressed. I will definitely stay here in my next visit - largely because of the wonderful staff!

I was truly amazed by the hotel, both in its exterior and interior design. It resembled a fairy tale castle, offering a magical ambiance. Inside, the lounge was incredibly stylish and inviting, creating a perfect atmosphere. The vibrant spirit of New Year was palpable everywhere. The location was simply outstanding; we reached the peak of the national park and traveled comfortably in a cozy car, watching the snow silently dance around us. Overall, our family trip was absolutely amazing!

In general, my family and I enjoyed staying in the hotel.

1. When staying in this level hotels, one would expect to have dental kits available for the guests. We had ours with us so it was not problem but again, having dental kits is a normal practice in good hotels (because of me frequent work-related travels, I stayed in many hotels in different countries and hence, I can compare). 2. When we returned to our room after it was cleaned, we found out that one water glass and both cups were missing. Requested to have the cups back as we were planning to have some coffee. Had to call again for a reminder but no action was taken regardless of our repeat call. 3. The pillows felt like they were stuffed with stones so the first night was far from comfortable. I am glad my request was honoured and the following day, I got a much better pillow.

It was a wonderful hotel and a wonderful holiday! Many thanks to the staff for their care and hospitality. Excellent breakfasts and dinners. Wine selection! The hotel thanks to the massage therapists and SPA workers. Everything is at the highest level. The hotel is 1 minute from the Bоrjomi Park with a spring. We had a wonderful holiday and recommend this wonderful hotel to everyone.
