Room was cleaned every day. The food was good, with different variety. The water slides were fun for all ages, and the swimming was great. The staff were friendly and helpful. The WIFI always delivered a strong signal in all areas. Good performances at evenings.

Too many people. Restaurants, lobby are not air conditioned or even ventilated enough. I was somewhat disappointed with the vegan options at the buffets. Small area for evening show. Should be always at least one lifeguard in every pool!

Everything was on point. The staff, location, activities.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The front staff was very welcoming and accommodating. They answered any questions we had and also assisted us with transportation during a day before our check out. We had a great room overlooking the sea. The room was clean and beds were very comfortable. We had full access to the bars and restaurants located at the resort in the all inclusive package and the selection of food was great. We were especially pleased to be able to have Cretan cuisine offered as well. There are quite a few water play areas for the kids which kept them busy. They did have entertainment nightly and a kids corner where they had an activity for the children. we also had front access to the beach with chairs an umbrellas available for those who chose the all inclusive package.

The public bathroom facilities may have needed more attention but understandably there are hundreds of people coming and going throughout the day.

Awesome location to spend time with family. Star suit with sea view is fabulous. All pool bar were neat and clean. Bar tenders are very friendly and jolly by nature.

Should arrange some own cruise activities so customers will not have to struggle to get good cruise activities.

The "village" is huge and there are lots of things to do, it was great with a small child - many different activities and shallow pools. Our room was in a quiet area at the far end of the hotel and seemed to be recently renovated, clean and very spacious. The facilities are very well maintained and regularly cleaned. The drinks at the bar were surprisingly strong :) There were good vegan options at the buffet, especially at the main restaurant for dinner, however we had to order vegan dessert in advance and there was only one option.

Vegan options for breakfast could have been better, as well as labelling foods as vegan that weren't in the vegan area of the buffet - for example, it wasn't clear if any of the bread was vegan, and the staff gave us contradicting information about it. The snack bar also had no vegan options other than fries, it seems like they used to have a vegan burger but don't anymore. In general, the buffet staff seems to not understand at all what vegan means and that was very frustrating. We also had some ants in the room and the bed wasn't very comfortable.

The food was amazing I was there for my 60th birthday and.booked into the Asian restaurant it was amazing had a superb time

I didn't like the idea of being In the Annexthe building away from the hotel across a very busy road and the fire alarm went off at 0445 am nobody seem to know what was happening as we were not part of the hotel there were no staff on site

The food - cretan style restaurant was great the head chef and staff especially polite and warming. The beach on the right side of the resort was great, nice view and sunbeds in good position. I gave this hotel a 9 because I asked the resort to be placed somewhere away from the noise because of my daughters sake and gladly they put us away from the beachfront were some partying was taking place. Thank you so much for that The staff, especially the cleaners taking care of the rooms 5xx were complete legends and she looked after us well. This place is great and relaxing, our first time in Crete and ill definitely come back The service was 10, the only reason I didn't give a 10 because being an englishman the breakfast was okay-ish but just wasn't accustomed to certain things on display, but the lunch and dinner was exceptional

A lot of youths and noise surrounding the beach club however its an attraction so it wasnt unbearable unless your in a room closest to the party area I can imagine this being a bit dire for some families, maybe a good idea is to have these events in maybe once or twice a week? I can't really fault it for anything else apart from that but that was indirect

Amazing food! a large variety and really delicious The staff was friendly and helpful the restaurant staff is really hard working, making sure tables are cleared and any mess is cleaned up We loved that the restaurant had a gated playground just out the eating area, we could eat while keeping an eye on the kids playing. The family room is a nice size and comfortable, having a dividing wall between the parent bed and the kids beds We loved the swimming pools, perfect for kids and the area was clean and very well taken care of. There were two disney themed shows for kids and they were adorable. the snack bars are meeting expectations We really enjoyed our stay!

The restaurant had no air conditioning and it made it a little hard to sit in the hot hours ( we were there in June, I guess in August it's quite a challenge)

The food was very good, with different variety. The best ice cream we had were there. Room was good, very good air con. The bed was quite comfy. 4 differnt slides, which is good. Definetely very good hotel for families. Not too crawded, we didn't have to wait to get a table and very good Asian food. A lot of atractions, gokarts just outside of the hotel and arcade games. Hotel located in good place, you can walk near the sea in the evevnings. Volleyball court which we used a lot. Staff very friendly in general. Beach not very bigg, but not to crawded.

Reception didn't explain properly which bar at the beach belongs to the hotel so we did few trips fro mthe beach to the hotel (about 4 min walk), but we figured it out later. Parking could be a little bigger as once we didn't have a space. Life guards could be a little more friendly, we appreacite their work but there was no possitive interaction between them and hotel guests.

We liked the variety of swimming pools, water slides and food selection. The hotel staff was amazingly kind and always willing to assist. We enjoyed the entertainment nights. Excellent location within walking distance from the town center.

Absence of supervision at swimming pools. There should be some monitoring of the activities that take place inside the pool which can sometimes become very unsafe for the younger kids. The toilets were not clean and they were not accesible by wheelchair or strollers. Inconvenient to be used by little kids. The trash bins at swimming pools were not emptied regularly. WiFi was practically accessible only from hotel lobby. There is a daily party/clubbing zone where the music and action may be disturbing for families with little kids.
