Room was cleaned every day. The food was good, with different variety. The water slides were fun for all ages, and the swimming was great. The staff were friendly and helpful. The WIFI always delivered a strong signal in all areas. Good performances at evenings.

Too many people. Restaurants, lobby are not air conditioned or even ventilated enough. I was somewhat disappointed with the vegan options at the buffets. Small area for evening show. Should be always at least one lifeguard in every pool!

Everything was on point. The staff, location, activities.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The front staff was very welcoming and accommodating. They answered any questions we had and also assisted us with transportation during a day before our check out. We had a great room overlooking the sea. The room was clean and beds were very comfortable. We had full access to the bars and restaurants located at the resort in the all inclusive package and the selection of food was great. We were especially pleased to be able to have Cretan cuisine offered as well. There are quite a few water play areas for the kids which kept them busy. They did have entertainment nightly and a kids corner where they had an activity for the children. we also had front access to the beach with chairs an umbrellas available for those who chose the all inclusive package.

The public bathroom facilities may have needed more attention but understandably there are hundreds of people coming and going throughout the day.

Awesome location to spend time with family. Star suit with sea view is fabulous. All pool bar were neat and clean. Bar tenders are very friendly and jolly by nature.

Should arrange some own cruise activities so customers will not have to struggle to get good cruise activities.

Our family room was perfect for our family of 4, good location in the resort. Pools were great and the kids loved the water slides. Beach access was good as really close to the resort. Food in the restaurants was delicious and a good selection of drinks (wife was was especially happy you sold Aperol). Great holiday, would definitely recommend.

Thought there could have been some shade sails up especially around the kids area like over the table tennis and golf putting games.

We liked the variety of pools for the kids. The food was amazing. We liked to be near to the beach, the superior room was with a sea view which added value to our trip. It was the greatest holiday for our family. It is clean. There is always space and free beds next to the pools. It is not crowded. We loved the water park with all the facilities especially the tall slides. We loved to have lunch by the pools.

Our room was opposite the pool , and the music was too loud at siesta time. The shows at 9 o'clock in the evening were fun, but I think there could be more to it with more thoughts.

The beaches, food amazing, good variety, nice room, friendly, good location

Alcoholic Drinks were poor, cocktails didnt taste too good, beer wasnt great, cola and fizzy drinks watered down but everything else good. Could do with a separate adult only entertainment venue as part of all inclusive as children were running around unsupervised, running into guests and on stage late at night while cabarets were on, not the fault of the venue but this was distracting of the entertainment, I think a separate adult only venue would solve this. There was only 1 entertainment venue at night its a shame there wasnt separate entertainment in the lobby such as chilled music, musicians etc. I understand that it is a family hotel but there were many people there without children also and I think due to size of the complex/village this would cater to all guests needs.

Abundant food, clean rooms, daily cleaning are typical. You have to cross a little traffic road to get to the beach. The beach is well equipped, and if you are on an all-inclusive plan, you can also eat on the beach. Sunbeds are free for hotel guests.

All the sunbeds at the pool were "booked" by towels at 8am - this is not the hotel's fault, but the guests'...

The food was amazing I was there for my 60th birthday and.booked into the Asian restaurant it was amazing had a superb time

I didn't like the idea of being In the Annexthe building away from the hotel across a very busy road and the fire alarm went off at 0445 am nobody seem to know what was happening as we were not part of the hotel there were no staff on site

Amazing food! a large variety and really delicious The staff was friendly and helpful the restaurant staff is really hard working, making sure tables are cleared and any mess is cleaned up We loved that the restaurant had a gated playground just out the eating area, we could eat while keeping an eye on the kids playing. The family room is a nice size and comfortable, having a dividing wall between the parent bed and the kids beds We loved the swimming pools, perfect for kids and the area was clean and very well taken care of. There were two disney themed shows for kids and they were adorable. the snack bars are meeting expectations We really enjoyed our stay!

The restaurant had no air conditioning and it made it a little hard to sit in the hot hours ( we were there in June, I guess in August it's quite a challenge)
