During our recent visit to Naples, we chose the Holiday Inn as our base and opted for a suite to make our stay more comfortable. The hotel’s location proved to be convenient for exploring the city, and the suite itself was spacious, well-maintained, and equipped with all the amenities one would expect from a reputable international hotel chain. What truly set this experience apart, however, was the outstanding level of service provided by the hotel staff—particularly the reception manager, Angelo. From the moment we arrived, Angelo demonstrated a remarkable commitment to guest satisfaction. He was not only professional and efficient but also genuinely warm and welcoming. Whether it was assisting with check-in, offering local recommendations, or ensuring our specific needs were met, he consistently went above and beyond to make us feel valued and cared for. We had a car so it was convenient to park there. Nice breakfast with many choices. Comfortable bed and nice room. Easy access to highways. Loved the restaurant that is super close to the hotel as a change of pace from the restaurant inside the hotel.

There should be more than one coffee machine at breakfast. You make your own so you have to wait for others to make their cappuccino, espresso, etc. also, not in a location where you can walk around much. There is a pedestrian area behind the hotel that has some shops and cafes mainly for the locals who work during the week nearby.

Breakfast was very good - big range of everything you could want. Staff generally friendly and helpful. Nice bar including outside area to sit in. Location is a little away from the centre and is in a relatively quiet business district - but that comes with a little peace and quiet and the fact that there's a metro station right next to you that takes you one stop in to the centre of Naples made it idea for us.

Finding the reception by car was tricky - we hired a private transfer from the airport and event they found it difficult.

Beautiful Holiday Inn! The onsite bar and restaurant has good food and very convenient. The staff at the front desk were very helpful with information and ordering us a taxi to the airport.

Not being able to charge our dinner to our room for some reason. No swimming pool is unfortunate for such a nice hotel. Beware the windows in the rooms open all the way up with no safety screen or anything. We were on the 18th floor and I could open it fully! Surprised by this.

Room: My stay on the 9th floor at the Holiday Inn Naples was fantastic. The room was spacious, and clean, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. What stood out the most was the breathtaking view of the sunset over Naples. The large windows provided a perfect view of the cityscape and the beautiful hues of the sky as the sun went down. It was a serene and memorable experience. Location: The Holiday Inn Naples is conveniently located near the airport, in a central area of Naples. This made it extremely convenient for me as I had an early morning flight. Despite being close to the airport, the hotel offered easy access to Naples' attractions, allowing me to explore the city briefly before departing. The location was quiet and safe, contributing to a pleasant and hassle-free stay.

Nice hotel, with everything you need nearby the airport. Good parking facilities. We got a free upgrade to a premium room. Restaurant is nice with lovely outside seating. Pizzas are affordable there. Alcoholic drinks very expensive. Surrounding area of the hotel is not nice at all, wouldn’t walk there would only drive with doors locked. Would recommend it only as airport hotel or if you need a short stay, then it’s the nicest building nearby and very safe and friendly.

The surrounding area is not nice. Drinks are very expensive. Restaurant staff was a bit rude when I asked for prices of the drinks (which were not on the menu), but otherwise they were friendly.

In general, the Hotel is great, rooms are comfortable. We had an issue with the window but they changed the room without any issue. The personnel is awesome and very helpful.

The location is terrible! Although it is near the train station, is better to go by car/taxi. Nothing will happen to you, however, it is not a nice place to walk (on weekdays, things changed a little, because in the area there are offices and universities, so there are people and movement)

The hotel was close to the airport and train station which was good because we landed late but were getting the train the next day. The room was lovely and big with a sofa bed for our kids and a separate room with king-size bed for us. The bathroom was large and clean. Best of all, the mini bar was included! Breakfast was a mixture of continental and English, although the sausages weren't great (and I eat anything!). The kids found the "Bloody orange juice" very funny.

Great room, very good shower. Great view from the 17th floor. Good connection to the local Metro and the city centre. Breakfast was good and plentiful.

Slightly out of the centre. More suited to the business traveller in my opinion.
