New hotel. quiet place, nice design, spacious room, clean, comfortable bed, well illuminated.

No toiletries offered in the room. This is very strange for such a 'good' hotel. I asked this question to the reception at the check out and I was told that I should have ask for it to the reception. First of all, at the check in nobody told me about this possibility, secondly once I am in the room I don't want to bother to ask things that should be provided in a 4 stars hotel. For the price paid this should be included! In the mini fridge you can find only 2 small bottles of water at the price of 3 euro per bottle. It is instead for free if you are member of the Hilton client program. I felt this as discriminating. A complimentary water bottle should be a much in such a hotel! No Netflix available.

The hotel facilities are relatively new. Although the location is a bit far from the city center, it is very close to the subway station, making it just a 20-minute drive to the main attractions. Apart from the long check-in time, everything was very satisfactory.

Our suite was roomy, clean, tastefully decorated with a good view. Comfy bed. Close to restaurants.

Reception staff who greeted me was not very welcoming. I gave her my name and she just smiled without a word and waited for me to ask her what she needed from me which I thought was a bit strange. Wanted to order room service but there wasn’t a menu in the room. We booked a corner king room but there wasn’t even a bottle of complimentary water and the coffee making facility was a teapot and instant coffee. In Italy! Not quite what I would expect from a Hilton.

Breakfast was excellent. Close to conference center.

Had to wait very long to elevators. The food in the restaurant is just not good. Uncooked pasta, tasteless dishes. Just sad.

Close to metro and lots of public transportation

The breakfast was great, the staff was so helpful and very pleasant in every aspect. The location was quiet and easy to get around, especially the Metro to central Rome. Beds were Super comfortable. Great towels, soap and lotions.

Bathrooms needs hooks inside the shower. Gym too small. No spa or rooftop access or open. Sheets too small for the beds. Only 3 elevators operating instead of all six. Showers leaked outside door due to the glass door gap.

The breakfast was really complete and good, the quality of the meals was excellent, better than other hotel was include the breakfast honestly. We really want to recognize the service from the employee Ian at the buffet, he was amazing with the service and also gave us a lot of advice, so our visit was extraordinary.

Everything was ok, but the location if you go as tourist to Rome is a little far away but the great think is that the bus and the metro are connected really near.

perfect location for attending a concert at Palazzo dello Stadio (which in the end we didn’t because the event was postponed by one day last minute and we could not cancel the booking). great room. clean. nice staff.

the elevators are e nightmare. sloooooow and half of the glass ceilings and floors broken - scary. parking? high cost for a remote place like EUR and ambiance of a lost place movie. the restaurant has nice staff but beyond the “gourmet facade” you get the impression of pre-cooked stuff. far below expectations and price paid.

Although the location was far from the center of Rome, Hilton was a great stay for us. The staff was friendly, the room was amazing (very clean, spacious, nicely decorated, AC worked well). We also had breakfast one morning, which was good. The location is 30 minutes away from the city center by taxi or 40 mins by public transport (which is a 3 minute walk from the hotel). One day, we had burgers and salad from the hotel's restaurant, I wouldn't recommend the salad but the burger was nice. The day we were leaving, they allowed us to leave our luggage at the reception and come back for it before our flight, which was really nice! If you want to stay at a comfy and luxurious hotel at a reasonable price - I'd recommend Hilton Rome Eur La Lama

There wasn't anything I particularly didn't like, if I have to give feedback it would be: The beds were a bit uncomfortable, they were too flat. The breakfast could have offer more variety. And the restaurant can have a better recipe for the Romanian salad which was only lettuce, grilled chicken and 2 flakes of parmesan with little sauce.

Nice, new hotel, great breakfast, location 200m near metro station (line b which goes directly to the center), free parking across the street, nice staff.

Problems with elevators (only 3 working, middle elevator was stopping all the time, in the morning we waited 10 minutes to get to breakfast), dirty windows, open bathroom in the room.
