The location was excellent. Nagoya Castle was a short walk to the north, and the Mirai Tower was also within walking distance to the east. There was a convenience store just 3 minutes away, which was very convenient. I also appreciated the eco-cleaning system—cleaning every three nights makes sense for the environment. Despite that, they still provided basic amenities like a toothbrush, toothpaste, and even a bath powder. That was a nice touch.

The nearest subway station, Marunouchi, had many stairs. It was a bit tiring with luggage. Also, I had to use an overpass to cross the road since there wasn’t a nearby crosswalk. In the summer heat, that became a bit tough. But this isn’t something the hotel can really change.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The facilities were great and everything was very clean. We received fresh towels every day, which was a wonderful touch — they were conveniently left right outside our door. The room had plenty of space for two people, even with three large suitcases, which made our stay very comfortable.

The biggest downside of our stay was the constant noise from morning until night, coming from both above and next to our room. It was extremely loud, with parties, banging, and shouting, making it impossible to rest — especially for guests with jet lag. We also seemed to be near an emergency exit, with the door opening and closing repeatedly from around 4:30 AM. Unfortunately, the nights were very unpleasant, and getting a good sleep was nearly impossible.

It was our first stay at this hotel and also the first time we booked an accommodation of the Hotel Wing group. We were very happy with our choice. Service was great, easy process of checking in and out, staff was very friendly. As a family of 3 we got a double room with an additional bed and a private bathroom. We slept comfortably. Though centrally located, it was quiet. There were grocery stores nearby. The hotel offered two microwaves in the public areas. Toiletries were available for free at the reception. We had a great time.

We walked from the train station to the hotel, about 20 minutes. The weather was nice in Nagoya, lots of breezes. Check in was quick, hotel staffs were friendly. We thought there weren't any toothbrushes in the room, turned out the hotel has a station on the second floor for guests to take - very nice bath salt we kept came back for more, especially after 100,000 steps in Japan. Coffee and teas were free at the reception areas. We bought breakfast buffet, the buffet was very nice, delicious and peaceful.

Lots of manga books but in Japanese only, would be nice if there were a few in English. The room was a little small, but typical in Japan. If we took out all the suitcases we would run out of space.

the place was true to the ads,... and one of the very very few places for a family of 5 to stay within walking distance of nagoya station THAT HAS A PRIVATE BATH! other than that all else was at par, but the building itself was luxurious though, smelled 4 star but i think like all big hotel chains. it does lack that personal touch. they did have clean rooms though, lots of freebies at the lobby, but a nice little room for us to stay. couldnt complain as we only spent 12hours overall in this hotel.

little room but nice. beds and pillows i think are typical to japan but i would prefer softer fluffier ones. could probably be because its a old established hotel so theres not much updating happening when i comes to additional comfort.

the hotel is very decent, room small is just japan standard i guess :) very generous with toiletries, even for bath salt good location nearby metro nearby Sakai just few blocks away (tho if i knew i'd perhaps stay in Sakai which is few meters away anyway - i love Sakai area) we walked to from Osu market we took taxi to Nagoya station as didnt want to drag luggages thru subway and it cost about 1400 yen but good hotel in overall

The hotel is not centrally but well located and is closely situated to the stations of two subway lines. All main sights of Nagoya are reachable within approx. 15 min. to 30 min. The hotel provides a 3 star plus experience, meaning everything is clean, everything works - you get a good but very simple stay, which was OK for me. For 4 stars and a real good experience the room would have been needed to be larger and a tiny bit better equipped. However, everything else was fine. The staff is friendly and helpful, the WiFi worked flawlessly, in the lobby you get tea and coffee free-of-charge, you can also get some manga comics there. The room was small, simple but clean (including the bathroom). The breakfast options were OK but a bit limited. You could choose between a Japanese-style breakfast and a Western-style breakfast. The price/performance ratio of the hotel was excellent.

The room could have been more spacious and better equipped. The breakfast restaurant is simple but not very cozy.

There were amenities provided like toothbrush and bath additive. 4. Free welcome drinks like tea and coffee. 5. Microwave on the 8th floor. 6. Comics/magazine corner at the lobby. 7. Price pretty fair.

There were several stairs (like 6-7) at the entrance. It could be little challenging if you have heavy suitcases.

The location from the station. The hotel is located near 2 stations, however, if you bring big & many luggage like me, it was pretty hard to access because you need to choose the farther station (because it has elevator access). But if you go from the closer station, it only has stairs and we have to cross through the upper bridge, which I thought was pretty inconvenient (and I didn't know about this before, hehe)

I like that there are complementary such as soaps, body scrubs, lotions available at the lobby. I feel like shopping when I was picking them. Moreover, there seemed to be a lot of fans of foreign singers coming to check-in on that day. So, the hotel played Korean songs for them to listen to. I saw that the fans were very impressed and danced along. Plus, the staff was very friendly and helpful! As I don't speak Japanese, one of the receptionist used a tiny translator machine to communicate with me. (I feel really sorry)

The air in the room is stuffy and not ventilated. But because I was very tired, I slept well. And there is no fridge in the room as I remeber.
