Location, location, location. Near Sakuragicho JR Station, Blue Line subway, and not far from Toyoko/Minatomirai line. Also bus terminal in front. The hotel is connected to the Colette Mare building with lots of shops and restaurants. It also connects to a moving walkway to Landmark Bldg with its many shops and restaurants and close by to two other shopping/ restaurant complexes. There is an amusement center in front of the hotel with a ferris wheel. The whole place is called Minato Mirai: futuristic harbor.

We booked a twin room, although the room size is small but it is very clean and comfortable to stay in. The toilet is also very clean and placement of items are well thought of for customers. The location is very convenient next to the train station and within short bus/walking distance to nearby attractions. The hotel is right above a shopping mall so easily accessible to food places and a supermarket. Has a nice night view from the hotel floor.

Only thing to improve will be the aircon setting in the room which takes a while for the room to be cool.

The hotel’s location is fantastic! It’s right next to the mall, station, and tons of tourist spots. The rooms are super spacious and have everything you need. And if you’re feeling tired, you can just walk to the mall right from the hotel lobby. The staff gets extra points for being able to accommodate our late night / early morning arrival from a delayed red-eye flight (arriving at 2AM). Just give them a heads-up and they'll answer through here about it.

The rooms by default only comes with a single pillow per bed, so you'll have to request it if you need more (and it's easy to do). There's also not much options in the vending machines per floor or even a common microwave to use, so you might want to find ways to warm your food if you bought them at the supermarket or the train station.

We were particularly impressed by the hotel’s excellent location, which made getting around very convenient. Additionally, the associates working there were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made our visit even more enjoyable. Lastly, the cleanliness of the property truly stood out—it was evident that great care is taken to maintain a high standard.

The lighting in the rooms was very dim, which made it difficult to see or read comfortably. It would have been helpful to have brighter or more focused lighting, especially for reading or viewing something without having to rely on the light from our phones.

The location was superb, and I loved the area very much. It’s very close to Starbucks, a supermarket, and department stores (it’s above a department store). The staff were lovely and helpful, even after we left. We ended up contacting them about stuff we accidentally left, and they were very prompt. Many staff spoke English and were friendly.

Our room was nice and spacious, but some areas were dusty, especially above the headrest. I know it’s not a place you always clean, but that amount of dust looked like it hadn’t been touched for a long time.

Hotel is located nearby train station (Sakuragicho) at the station you can find Nogecho area (izakayas, restaurant and etc). On the other side of the station you can enjoy a nice view of the city skyline or get into observatory deck at sky garden. From Sakuragicho station go can go to Yokohama station, Motomachi and Chinatown. Sakuragicho station is one station away from Yokohama station from there 35 minutes to Tokyo, 30 minutes to Kamakura and 1 hour to Hakone.

Was perfect.

Location was ideal as its next to the cable car so we can travel to and fro from there. Taxi stand and Train stations was next to Hotel so transportation was settled. Room had a good view which on a good day, you can catch the view of Mount Fuji, so that was nice.

Entrance to hotel lobby was kinda confusing whether you came in by side entrance or through the mall. So after the first time you should be able to familiarize oneself. Word of advise, take a photo of where you come out from (eg, shop front) so you look for that landmark again.

Hotel is centrally located just steps away from Sakuragicho Station as well as local bus lines. Major plus is that it is attached to a very popular shopping mall and grocery store patronized by locals. It is near all major Cosmo World, Pacifico Yokohama, Red Brick Building, Landmsrk Tower., Chinatown. Rooms are very clean, modern with great views of either the waterfront or cityscape. Have stayed here twice already and will do so every time I visit Yokohama.

Nothing

The amazing view of the waterfront and ferris wheel was worth the additional cost. Beds are comfy and the sofa was an added bonus. The location is excellent as a supermarket is located next door in the basement along with the shopping mall. There is a 7-11 in the same building that is open 24/7 in case you want a snack/meal/drink. Just steps away from the train station and Yokohama Air Cabin for spectacular views of Yokohama.

The property was hard to find at first. Google Maps takes you into a building entrance that leads into the mall. We got lost but eventually figured out the separate hotel entrance from the mall. See pictures for better reference. There needs to be better signage and arrows directing people to the hotel’s elevator located on the left side before you enter the mall doors. You have to take the elevator up to the fourth floor, if I recall, to check in with the front desk and then enter a separate elevator to reach your room.

The room was extremely spacious, cozy and gave a sense of warmth. The bathroom also was huge, not the usual all-plastic japanese cheap bathrooms, but a complete, enjoyable space with great style and lighting. The hotel couldn't be more central in the area of Sakuragicho/Landmark Tower, and gave countless possibilities for shopping or dining.

The staff memeber who checked me in wasn't very friendly, they gave me the feeling that I wasn't welcome there because I would only spend one night... Nevertheless, they were helpful when needed.
