The location and the property was awesome! The sky bar, with amazing views of Cabo San Lucas, was the highlight of our experience! It was convenient to have a Walmart within walking distance.

We realize that it was spring break but the NOISE from a pack of young men (15+) was unreasonable! They were screaming at each other, and up into the wee small hours of the morning. It took several phone calls to the front desk, and it still didn’t get any better. The property offered to move us to another property, but why should we have to move when it’s up to a property to manage its guests?! We could smell smoke even though the property is non-smoking and I could barely talk for our 3 day stay, suffering with bad asthma. When we went to drive out of the parking lot in our rental car, we were majorly questioned because they took our wristbands, and didn’t give us an exit slip. It made us feel bad about our final exit from the property.

- The pool area is very nice and clean - The room was huge and also quiet as I requested (best room views probably aren’t as quiet) - Location is amazing - Staff were wonderful - I didn’t feel hounded by sales guys as others stated. They brought me a pina colada when I arrived 😊 - I wasn’t all-inclusive and ordered a coffee from the pool bar in the am and it was really good and made me happy as the last resort only had coffee if you waited in the buffet line for a long time. - I was on edge with getting scammed or treated bad based on other reviews but none of that happened, my deposit was returned. I have 0 complaints or signs of that on my visit. - The photos looked like the property.

- when you turned on the bathtub water an orange/brown liquid came out but quickly went away. - Musty smell in room - People do put items on daybeds hours before they intend to use them. One guy even accused me of taking his spot and asked me to get him another towel (ew, who would take a strangers towel)…. So I advise to do the same if you want a pool day. - I don’t like that they give you a wristband as a key if your non-all-inclusive. It was uncomfortable and got in food when I tried to eat.

My best friend and I came back to the Marina Fiesta Resort to celebrate my birthday the same as we did 3 years prior. We asked for the same room and they were able to accommodate us!! We love staying here because the location is perfect for walking everywhere we want to go. We love the restaurants associated with the property which makes it really convenient and cost effective with their discounts! Another great Birthday trip! The Massage and Facial pkg at their Spa was the perfect ending to our stay!

The only thing I didn’t like was the teeny tiny ants (or some sort of tiny bug) I would occasionally see on the night stand and kitchen counter, but it wasn’t anything bad or frequent.

This resort was a great value! The food options were phenomenal. Great for my first time in Cabo!

A little bit dated but nothing bad. They did try to sell me a timeshare and go to a meeting- just say that you already had your excursions booked and just want to get your towel card and go to your room

Location is amazing! We didn't opt for the all-inclusive as we wanted to spend most of the time by the beach, but the restaurants included seem worth it if you don't want to go anywhere else but the pool. I wished I knew beforehand it was $150usd daily to opt in.

It took more than 2 hrs for them to have our room ready, and only until I complained they cleared another one. There was A LOT of noise in the hallway from cleaning staff in the morning. There was a huge gap on the curtains so the sunlight was coming directly in my eyes every morning. Also the push for timeshare info is annoying. Expect up/down hill walks to Medano beach.

The rooms and beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was great as had everything you needed and they were able to give us a kettle on request. Bathroom was nice and big. There was great security at the front and back of the hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful. Beautiful view of the marina and nice cocktails at the pool. Close walking distance to marina for tours, restaurants and shops (ie large grocery store)to buy food. Bit more of a walk to El Medano beach - flat walk along the marina).

Beds are a little high off the ground. This place was a little quiet for my teenage kids - not sure if this was due to the time of year or this particular location. Obviously this is ok if you like quiet.

I liked that the staff was very pleasant, friendly, and helpful. The property is so close to everything. You can walk to the mall, shopping near the marina, lots of restaurants to choose from as well as clubs for party goers! Jennifer was amazing and had the best customer service. She was pleasant and friendly! Monica, Cesar, & Jeronimo at the sports bar were all great! They also have awesome customer service!

No Spanish music which is weird because your in Mexico. They played music that was old and made me feel like I was back in California at my own beach. The top bar is closed Sunday and Monday. Also they gym opens at 8:00am which is a bummer for those who wake up earlier. Jack’s steakhouse the employees were kind of rude upon arrival. Asking if we had reservations, which I made with concierge at the hotel. He had to check with his manager before and was rude. The only place I disliked.

Great location in the marina. Supermarket very close walk to the mall area. Plenty of restaurants, Pool also very good for a property that has direct walking (steps) access to the marina. If you are after a true resort vacation in Cabo then one of the larger properties out of the town may suit better. This is a great location for staying local. Also the all inclusive was optional. I didn't take this and had the flexibility over my two night stay to dine in or venture out.

Everything was good. Property is a little dated - yet pricing reflects this.
