Outstanding Hotel Experience in Bangkok I had an absolutely outstanding experience at this hotel in Bangkok. There were several remarkable aspects that made my stay truly exceptional. First and foremost, the hotel's location by the river is unbeatable. The fact that they have their own boat for ferrying guests to the Skytrain station is a game-changer. It not only adds a touch of novelty to your commute but also saves you from the bustling city traffic. This convenience alone sets the hotel apart. The rooftop bar is another highlight. The panoramic views of the city from up there are simply breathtaking. Sipping cocktails while taking in the skyline is an unforgettable experience that I highly recommend. The Executive Lounge is a class above the rest. It offers a tranquil space where you can work or unwind, and the service there is impeccable. The staff's attention to detail and their willingness to cater to your every need truly stood out. What truly makes this hotel exceptional, though, is the consistently warm and friendly service throughout the entire establishment. As a guest, you're made to feel like an honored visitor from the moment you arrive. The level of hospitality and the genuine warmth of the staff is something I'll remember for a long time. I love all the friendly and elegant staff! Housekeeping and everyone and everything!

The only thing is, I wish the swimming pool could be open till midnight at least or 24 hrs… during the day time we have so much to see in the city and so much shopping to do.. we love to go for a midnight swim.

Excellent room service with a user friendly app to make food orders that come to the room timely.

A payment mistake that was charged to my credit card without my permission. I am not sure if that was intentional or not, but when I reviewed it with reception, they removed the payment immediately and say sorry for that. In summary, I didn’t feel comfortable about such thing especially with the fact that my credit card number was used “without my permission!”.

Nothing to dislike to be honest: the food, the place, the kindness of the staff - everything was amazing.

Well not saying I did not like, but the air conditioning was either winter or savannah and no in between. Also, the baby cot had no mattress which is uncomfortable for a baby used with one and lastly the shower looked a bit rusty and clogged. Also, there were no complimentary services offered by the hotel like airport transfers or even a welcome drink.

Foremost, all staff were helpful, polite and efficient. These things made our stay a pleasure and we would definitely recommend this hotel. Secondly, the food provided for breakfast exceeded our expectations. The wide selection was remarkable. Our room was comfortable and each day was thoroughly attended to by staff. The pool and fitness were exceptional and the views from the rooftop bar were amazing. The location on the river was perfectly suited to our requirements. Next door to IconSiam and the pier for the Hop on/off ferry and a short walking distance to the BTS Gold line. The hotel river shuttle to Saphan Taksin Pier & BTS Silom line was also convenient.

Loved everything, not one negative.

We stayed for 4 nights in a Family room which consisted of one separate bedroom with a living room. This was adequate a family of 4. the Room size was decent enough, maybe 45 - 50sqm. Hotel staff were super friendly, the hotel itself was immaculate and really high spec.

The hotel location is a little further from the tourist sites being on the other side of the river, you will need to use public transport or tuktuk / taxi often. This wasn't a massive issue for us however if you are looking for a hotel that is closer to the sites then maybe check some of the other Hilton hotels.

We decided to treat ourselves to a stay here on our last night in Bangkok having been to the rooftop bar last year. We really enjoyed the stay. Yes it’s expensive for Thailand, but not for UK prices. But as a treat it was worth it. It has a great pool and spa facilities, a fantastic gym and is in the perfect spot by the river and next to IconSiam mall. The bedrooms are very nice and the pillows are the best I’ve ever had in any hotel! But the best part was the buffet breakfast! An absolutely stunning array of food, literally everything you can think of. I would come back here just for the breakfast.

We loved the location and the amenities that came with the executive room. The roof top bar and the breakfast area. I wasn’t expecting much coming but it was beyond my expectation. View was good.

Nothing major complaint.

Perfect location, adjacent to one of the best shopping malls in Bangkok. Hotel had it's own jetty so free transfers by boat to the main rail and tram station. It was also near the pier were you could purchase a hop on hop off tickets to visit most of the major tourist attractions by boat thus avoiding the city traffic. I also liked staying in the Hilton premier roon setup which had access to the premier lounge that had a happy hour 4 to 6 each evening and access to lounge for breakfast.
