Perfect stay for a few days visit in Bkk. Reception 24h so you can arrive whenever. Good value for money on medium budget Interesting design of the room and lobby. The room was comfortable and had everything you need - it was exceptionally clean. The staff was attentive and nice!

The hotel is located quite far from all the main attractions. There are no shops, massage parlors, cafes or bars within walking distance. It takes at least 20 minutes to walk to China Town, where you can eat and shop. Thin walls - high audibility of neighbors. The pool area seemed not big enough - only a few people will fit

What really stood out was the excellent service and cleanliness of the hotel. Staff speaks very good English,and they are very helpfull with anything you need to make your stay even more better. The rooms are very cosy,there’s a fridge,water kettle and a warm shower. Beds are very comfortable! Little rooftop terrace where you can enjoy the view. (Opportunity to smoke). Great location,with lots of reataurants,shops,massage parlors and bus/boat connections around the corner. This is the second time I’ve stayed here and definitely not the last! I highly recommend it.

Excellent location, an easy walk to the bustling Yaowrat street in Chinatown. Authentic, Thai feel. The hotel is located in a quieter district -Talad Noi, for us it was a big plus. You can explore the neighbourhood, go see ICONSIAM shopping centre. The hotel is located 5 minutes away from the pier and it costs only 6 bhat to cross the river to get to ICONSIAM. The grand palace is a 15-minute drive away. I’d strongly recommend staying in this area, full of authentic, non-touristic restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay at Talakkia. The staff were amazing.

Talakkia is perfectly located for exploring vibrant Talat Noi, with three fantastic coffee places a stone's throw away. The MRT/BTS is a bit of a walk as are the closest bus stops, but especially if you're looking to explore the river by orange flag boat or take Grabs, this is perfect. The rooms are spacious, the staff friendly and the pool is lovely and cold – perfect after a hot day.

My only feedback would be that the large cushions weren't on the pool lounges when I went down, which meant they were a little less inviting for a sit. Also, a bedside lamp would be great, as none of the lights in the rooms provided, particularly ambient lighting. Tiny things though :)

The hotel was located close to China town, pretty easy to get around and close to the river too if you fancied a river trip. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and aircon worked fine, so a couple of good sleeps. The small spa pool was a real treat, especially after being out in the heat for the day 😊 I spent an hour chilling and reading.

I would say in general the place was clean, a bit of toothpaste stuck to the wall in my room, which could have been removed and a touch up of paint around the basin area wouldn’t go a miss. But all in all a great little hotel.

The room, though small, was perfectly comfortable and very quiet. The choice of breakfasts was good and I tried three different ones, all of which suited me. The location was ideal for me as a train traveller as the main station and MRT station was only a ten minute walk away. The rapid boat pier was also very close. There were some good restaurants close by and a pharmacist. The staff were extremely helpful and couldn't do enough for me.

I had a bit of trouble with the airconditioner at first but that was quickly sorted and it quickly cooled the room.

Fabulous stay in centre of Bangkok. We really recommend staying here if you are looking to do main tourist things in Bangkok. Fab location with some restaurants and shops around- also 15 min walk to china town and able to get ferries, mrt and buses within 5-10 mins walkongx The room was comfortable and had very thing we needed- it was exceptionally clean!! The pool area was cute and nice to soak in after a busy day of walking in heat. The staff were attentive and lovely!

There’s a lot to like here! fantastic location right next to Chinatown. Clean, efficient, very affordable rooms. Fantastic staff who were always so kind and helpful! Overall definitely recommend this place.

Great property, just a couple suggestions to make it even better: could use a nightstand next to the bed and a table or shelf in the bathroom for a little bit of storage. There’s not really anywhere to set anything. The rooms are quite small. It wouldn’t be so bad except that the industrial chic design is VERY dark and there is only one small window. Longer term guests you will get depressed in the darkness.

It was really clean and staffs were very friendly. The breakfast was freshly made just for you as ordered and was delicious.

The breakfast is only served after 7:30. This does not work mostly if you go to a day-trip with a tour. It would also be nice if there are some fresh fruits other than bananas. The location is a bit far from the central area. You need to take taxi. I have reserved a city-view room, but half of the window was facing the parking building. Wi-fi was sometime week.

The location was brilliant . Plenty to see and do, and close to Co Van Kessel Bike Tours , 2 awesome night bars , plenty of cafes and street food, also 2 restaurants with Michelin stars, and the area provides lots of interesting stuff, all walking distance, even a shopping mall 15 minutes walk away. The pool was great for cooling off in the heat of day.

Small issues only : There was no power point for the hot water kettle so I had to move it onto the bedside table. Also there is no mini fridge which would be good for people staying more than 1 night. The ledge for the toothbrush was tiny so my toothbrush kept landing on the floor.. no big problems
