Beautiful propert, little further away from busy areas of phuket. The rooms were amazing, everything is superb - comfortable beds, amenities and super friendly and accommodations staff. They definitely take care of each and every guest and make sure their time at the resort is personalized. Breakfast was amazing it's quite small but had a great variety suitable for everyone - mist improtantly the Breakfast was delicious and super fresh (bread was always warm as in just came out of the oven. Location in kamala is great, walking distance from many restaurants, close to 7/11 and the beach is really nice and clean even though it's public

My stay at InterContinental Phuket was truly one of a kind. The hotel is absolutely stunning, the breakfast was both delicious and plentiful, and the staff was incredibly warm and welcoming. Special mention goes to Scott from the beach team, who always found the best sunbeds and even remembered my room number, and Yui from breakfast service, who was cheerful, energetic, and also remembered my room number. Their exceptional hospitality made the experience even more memorable. Highly recommended!

I have to cross the road to the beach area. More safety measure to enter beach area rooms are recommended .

The service was particularly good. We rented a car when we checked in and there was a parking service at the hotel for a whole week. Breakfast is also very rich, which is different from the comments I saw earlier. There are daily specialty coffee and daily specialty eggs. Japanese, Chinese, Thai, and Western cuisine are all available. The room service is also very good, even the swimming pool is cleaned by a dedicated person every day. The most grateful person is Mr. LEE at the front desk, who has given us a lot of help and has felt at home since we checked in. Because of him, we will check in again next time

There is not much delicious food within one kilometer of the hotel. About 3 kilometers towards the airport, I found a shop with a small lantern hanging at the entrance and a Chinese label saying "Mom's Home". The taste is very good, and there are about one-third of Chinese people and two-thirds of foreigners in the shop. Recommended.

The arrival was a nightmare. Rude guy in the reception, you couldn’t eat properly at 9:15 pm. Very worried about payments. Speedy check in full of rush. A nightmare and not what I expect from Intercontinental!!! Horrible first impression!! Birthday surprise ruined and revealed in front of my girlfriend. The hotel simply dies at 9:30 pm. No place to eat. Nothing to do, no animation, no bar from 10:00 pm onwards. Only Room service with poor menu!! No suitcase rack or where to put the luggage in the room!! The beach is to crowded and a mess!!

Facilities are good, overall clean hotel and very nice friendly staff.

1- This is first time in my life I am staying in a hotel where you wait outside for queue to have breakfast. I was shocked actually. I felt myself like I am in a shopping center and where all the people wait in front of a restaurant to be sit. 2- Many facilities closed at 22:00 so you almost have nothing to do except going out for other bar or rest etc. This is holiday place it is not a business place to sleep early and wake up early. People come here for holidays not sleep early and wake up early routine. 3- Tennis court, we try to go tennis court multiple times, despite we claimed 2-3 floor up but when we try to open door and it was always closed. Nothing is written on the door or in entrance. So never could play a tennis.

It is one of the most beautiful resorts i have stayed in recent times, with all the comfort and amenities expected from a 5 star establishment and even more. What surprised me is that despite the size and the full capacity, we never felt like the spaces were overcrowded, and every pool and little corner was quiet and relaxing. I can't even pick a single item to highlight since everything was great, from the pick up at the airport to the last moment when we were escorted at the gate, with in between an amazing stay, whit excellent food ( which they always very kindly adjusted to suit my intolerances), a beautiful beach, kind staff, gorgeous architecture and refined spa treatments.

One little thing was a bit inconvenient, but not uncommon in thai resorts, based on my experience. The Toilet wasn't very private. a glass partition open on top and bottom for the WC area, and one portion of the bathroom only closed with a curtain. While for us it worked out, i can imagine that for other guests might be a problem.

This hotel is divided in 2 different parts from each side of the main road but there is a convenient link through a small tunnel below the road. The part near the beach has the best views on the Ocean but is also more noisy because the beach is public and there is live music from buildings nearby in the evening. The option Club rooms with access to the lounge is a real plus with excellent breakfast, private swimming pool, cakes between 2 to 4 pm and cocktails and canapes from 5 to 7 pm with an excellent service. The other part of the hotel near the hills is much more quiet but no sea view. Fine dining restaurant is really great and the beach bar serve the best pizzas in town.

Rooms next to the Ocean have the best views but should be noisy especially in evenings.

Had an amazing stay at this hotel! I've slept in many 5-star hotels around the world, but the service here is truly exceptional. The staff is incredibly friendly, and you're pampered at every location within the hotel. This is definitely a place I'll be returning to. Special thanks to Snow, a very friendly employee who always smiles and goes above and beyond to ensure your satisfaction. Of course, thanks to all the staff for this wonderful experience.

The staff are the highlight of this hotel, they are very friendly, welcoming and helpful , if we could know or remember their names we would name everybody at the hotel , but specially Franky at the reception the assistant manager was super helpful and welcoming when we arrived and when we left . Also Anna at pine beach restaurant was extremely caring as well as the rest of the team working in that Area , everyone was great in their own way . Good Hotel overall atmosphere Comfort of the room , great amenities and cleanliness Breakfast was very good , with multi cuisine Food was excellent at each venue, with large range of choices.
