Staff are welcoming, helpful and work hard to meet our requests. Beds are extremely comfortable and environment is peacefully quiet. Also the shower was amazing. Room was very clean too. Chechebsa is delicious and leg massage was the best many thanks to the spa staff.

Breakfast food options could be more. Especially international foods like sausage, cheeses and baked beans. Tea and milk were not accessible. Had to verbally request for these which took a while to prepare. By the time the tea and milk was served, we had nearly finished eating. Better to prepare beforehand and leave it on the table for people to pick/pour out themselves. Also attempted to order fries and fruit juice for room service but was told there wasn't any potatoes left or that the juice machine wasn't working which was the case for a while.

Everything. Simply everything. Room was comfortable, clean and spacious and it has a good view from the balcony Breakfast was amazing, daily fresh and delicious. With variety of food collection. Attractive facilities. Spa, restaurant, outdoor traditional café. Very secure place. I salute the experienced staff the has. They been always doing the best they can to make my stay comfortable with their quick responds, honesty, frankness and seriousness at work. I also salute those janitors for making everything shine and clean. I highly recommend the hotel for you guys. You won't regret it ;)

Just two small things. Ceiling lights needs improvement. It works well but not perfect. Bathroom shower needs to get bigger little bit. It's kinda tight for a big man like me. They already got a big comfy bathroom and they can easily improve it

We booked executive room but we got just standard room for the same rate . When we find out about it the receptionist denied 😕
