Staff were amazing throughout the hotel. Wifi was adequate for work and some video calls. Breakfast had some nice options, including the Ethiopian food options. Hot water and water pressure were very good and continuous. Rooms are spacious and comfortable with lots of places to sit and work or read. Views from the hotel are very good. Top floor restaurant/bar is a very nice place to relax and offers excellent views of the city.

Some minor features of my room could be improved. There are hooks on the back of the door that are loose and the soap holder in the shower is not screwed in tight so it can't hold soap easily. The air conditioning unit did not produce air but this wasn't needed during my stay. Windows open allowing a nice breeze. The location is not central to the city centre and not the most pedestrian friendly for those who like to walk.

The staff were so helpful and kind. I asked for another option other than the triple bedroom I had booked. I was upgraded to adjoining rooms.. my daughter and I had the twin room and my son had the king size bedroom without any extra cost. I was grateful and surprised by this generosity. It made the week for me and my teenager children.

I thought the breakfast was basic enough . I enjoyed the food from the bar in the lobby.

We were already booked for 3 days by an international institution. We tried to book online for 2 additional days. It did not work ouy as the link that was provided was not responding. A pot for tips should be available

The staff member at check in and check out was pleasantly engaging. Room was clean and comfortable with a cute corner nook. Enjoyed the ambiance of the bar lounge on the 8th floor and had a delicious chicken burger there.

Ceiling above the toilet had a hole seemingly from water damage. The vent also above the toilet dripped water on me twice. TV remote wasn’t working and some channels weren’t programmed accordingly. WiFi also weak and constantly disconnected while in the room.
