The room was quite big and had everything we needed - a TV, microwave oven and a fridge. There was no staff present at the hotel at the evenings but we got quick responses through the app when we needed help.

It was a little bit cold for us, especially in the bathroom where it was impossible to change the temperature on the thermostat. Unfortunately this meant that our towels would not dry at all, and we had to ask for extra towels (we stayed for four nights).

Ventilation works in typhoon mode - too windy and no free parking for car

The staff and their service is superb - yes, an active human staff that even called me because of my slightly vague request i wrote on my reservation. I got a Stright A or 10+ service. Everything else was smooth and nice and fine, also.

Maube the hotel is bit pricey for it’s location, but nothing really to complain.

Quite big, clean room with a great view over a lake. Nice kitchenette, which is important as they don't serve breakfast.

Beds only 80 cm wide. The shower arrangement, No breakfast. No parking lot (but available parking space close by).

The location was perfect, both by bus and private car. The parking house next door was so easy. We appreciated the spacious room, the really nice and comfortable beds and the peace and quiet.

It is a very nice and super clean self-service hotel.

There is no breakfast nor double beds but otherwise all good if not perfect.

We first did not figure out how to get in the hotel. It will be better if the hotel provide better instructions.
