Its a good location connected with metro and buses to the center, yet quite far from the say Alexanderplatz. Brandenburg is close though. Compact room not too much space. Drawer yes. Clean. Elevators work only with a card, annoying. Bikes were 15 euro/day, like.

There were quite a few good, helpful guys on the reception. Yet, one guy told us we could have also bought that same bottle of water for 30cents just around the corner. He told us that the moment my card was confirmed for 4 euro. Funny guy right ;-) Also, it took them two breakfasts to confirm that we’ve booked a breakfast for my daughter also. That wasn’t funny. It was the way their system worked, they said…

Excellent location. Large room with double aspect windows with black out blinds. Very comfy bed, good bath & shower, Fridge & Safe. Breakfast selection very good.

No USB plugs for charging. Room a little stuffy, unable to open windows for fresh air no a/c just fan, would probably be very warm in summer ! No information in rooms at all, not sure if this is the norm nowadays but used to be a folder with local stuff/times/facilities/ shops/restaurants etc ? Bar area in reception tiny, didnt use.

The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were very good and the staff on duty for that were great. Being there for a week we got to know them quite well.

A kettle in the room to enjoy a hot drink when relaxing between walking around places of interest would have been very nice. There was a fridge but sometimes it just needs a cup of tea that hits the spot.

Very good location. Comfy beds. Quiet (our room was on a quiet side, facing inner courtyard).

Rather expensive breakfast ... I would recommend to have breakfast in town, not in the hotel... Shower was in the middle of the room ... one can live with that but it is not a very bright idea Communication with hotel staff (via booking.com) before arrival was unsatisfactory. My simple question was answered only on the day of arrival ... it was too late for me.

Excellent location, walkable distance from the city centre, for example, Brandenburg's Gate. A 5-minute walk from Reeve and Lidl (grocery stores), and different cafes around, you can even get a great kebab from the locals nearby. Safe neighbourhood. The staff speaks English, not very well, but good enough to answer our questions. Room was even better than we expected, with very comfy beds, a little fridge, all the facilities available, cleanliness on the highest level. Thanks!

Location was fabulous. Love the people at the desk. Breakfast available at cost. Quiet. And I really would come again. Shower is powerful. Beds comfortable. Great value. My sister and I were impressed by everything.

Would be nice to offer free coffee in AM starting at 0630 or 0700. That would make it more tolerable. Why? Bec. Coffee starts the day. You need it wout leaving the hotel. Please offer this in the restaurant level or in the lobby. I think the breakfast was too expensive. Again a cup of coffee. Ow I have no complaints.

Staff was polite, professional and helpful. Breakfast was an extra 16€ but absolutely worth it if you like taking your time. Location is great as you're walking distance from numerous landmarks and the area is perfectly safe. Bathroom shower was top notch Two types of pillow provided

Mattress was soft while I like it firm but I understand this is a personal preference. Room was small making it ok for a solo traveller but it'd be tough as a couple.

Location, food / breakfast excellent!

15 eur fee for late check-out. I understand business point and for cleaning services for prolonged stay for 2 hrs but when I travel to Berlin for Half-marathon I would expect to be fair for this purpose of this event that Management of the hotel would grant it for runners for free. In Italy or Spain when I travelled for a marathon hotel confirmed with me I am runner and late check out was for free. But this is only minor thing. Hotel have great location and services.

Everything was great, the people at reception were very kind, the room was clean and was cleaned every day. We had all we needed. The location is the best. You can reach all top tourist attractions by foot for up to 30 min. Will definitely book this place again, when we go to Berlin again.
