The hotel’s excellent location made it very convenient, as it was just a few minutes’ walk from the central station, with tram and bus stops close by. I appreciated the generous breakfast selection, offering a wide variety of sweet and savory items and high-quality breads. Overall, the hotel was clean and well-equipped, providing plenty of useful amenities for guests.

There were a few drawbacks, most notably in the room design: the shower tended to flood the bathroom, and the handheld shower head would not stay fixed in place when in use. While breakfast included many options, the offerings did not change from day to day, and some items—such as the cut vegetables—did not seem very fresh.

This was my first trip to Germany. The hotel is wonderful, very lively and with its own atmosphere. I liked the people who visit it - young, old, but cool and party people. It was calm, but also cheerful and friendly. It is close to the center and the station within walking distance of 5-10 minutes. The breakfast is very tasty and varied. The self-service lounge with food and drinks is a convenience. The staff are very nice. We felt welcome.

There is no fridge in the room, the TV is quite old and there is no YouTube or any modern media - it is not normal to watch only German channels, as we do not know the language. The most disappointing thing was in the spa - the pool is really cold, my teeth are chattering. We tried to go twice and it did not work and did not work. The sauna is a bit dirty and smells bad. I was counting on this if the weather is bad and it rains during our vacation. We were just lucky with the weather and spent it outside.

Great location, large comfortable bed, zero noise. Plus a very good shower, a gym and a swimming pool. Breakfast was nice too! Overall we had a great time in the hotel. It seems like they put a lot of thought into making it a comfortable and fun stay.

Only very minor things: We didn’t have any robes in the room, it would’ve made it more convenient to get from the pool back to the room. Also would’ve been nicer if there had been pool towels available somewhere in the pool area (we just used the normal ones from the room). The gym was very hot.

Nice stay, the bar area is chilled out, children can play on the games consoles for free and pool table was also free to use. Rooms were nice, nice to also have a swim.

Not quite finished in terms of work renovating the swimming pool area, sauna not working for instance, so I do think the stay should have been discounted owing to the facilities. When it’s all finished it will look nice & likely be good value.

It’s very convenient location. I like my room as it’s very close to gym’s elevator. Love the location as nearby everywhere. Lobby’s Restaurant is good and reasonable prices.

1) the gym’s is actually never closed 2) the shelf from the room entrance was too sharp! I even accidentally hurt myself when I walked out from the restroom towards to the door then my right knee hit directly to the corner of the shelf and is was pain like hell 😭😭😭

Excellent vibe and good restaurant. The pool area was great and the gym well-stocked. A short walk to the city center.

The air conditioning didn’t seem to work that well so our room was quite hot. Also the carped by my bedside was stained by a previous guest’s vomit and even though it was clearly cleaned with detergents and whatever soap was available the bright beige shape was still very, very viable which was a bit off-putting.

Nice hotel, there was everything we needed. It was modest, so no unnecessary equipment in the room, but we had everything we needed. Instead of minibar they have small self-service shelf near reception, which is even better due to bigger variety of goods and ease of access. There was a swimming pool available 24/7, a bit challenge how to get bathrobe and towels (no instructions in the room), but eventually we found everything on the main reception.

Air conditioning / ventilation should be checked. The lowest level did not change much of the air, but medium level was already quite heavy (also noisy).

Good facilities, large spacious bedroom(PentaPlus), comfy bed, room was quiet, wide selection for breakfast, efficient staff, free games (pool, arcade) and fairly central location (only 5 mins to the nearest tram stop).

The holiday was for my 50th Birthday, the hotel were aware of this but no acknowledgment and nothing in the bedroom (on previous Birthday trips there has always been a ‘something’ - wine, chocs, even balloons!) so that was a bit disappointing. Breakfast time a bit like feeding time at the zoo! Darts board not working, was especially looking forward to playing so not ideal. Hotel seems to be quite busy with business people, including misogynistic middle aged men talking loudly in the bar area - oh well! Bar prices are high for the quality, normal I guess. Bath towels too small!

The Hotel was big and very cozy. Rezeption and bar was giving a good vibe. On the night if our stay it was a party till late and we were able to enjoy it. That gave the Hotel a big bonus from our part and we forgot that we were not satisfied with the room.

The room was not like expected compared to price. In the end I would say that we will come again because of the swimming pool and vibe at night time.

Comfortable spacious room with a great shower and a huge comfortable bed. Good choice of breakfast. Friendly staff. Lively lounge. Kids were happy with the pool. Checkout at 12:00. All in all a pleasant stay and good value for money.

Wifi was a bit spotty but workable. Was charged 22E/day for parking but the gate was open all the time. Unpleasant changing room at the pool (we changed in our room). Food was a bit expensive but large portions and good quality.
