Excellent locations. (I booked 3 rooms with Kaabah views). Very close to Haram. Choice and quality of foods are awesome. (Breakfast buffet and dinner buffet) Friendly & helpful staff except the one mentioned below. Elevators are super efficient. Most staff show genuine care to provide memorable services. Cleaners are very helpful.

1. Try not to call my local mobile numbers for feedback as it is very expensive, though i appreciate the efforts. Use whatsapp text or limit to room phone number instead. 2. One of the bell boys during checkout unashamedly requested higher tips. Is this an attitude of a 5 star hotel's staff? Tips should be at the discretion of the customers, not something to be bargained for. You're paid to do the job, not to pressure your customers for extra tips. Anyway, just one of the bell boys, rests are awesome. This is the only unpleasant experience in this hotel.

My stay was absolutely fantastic! The moment I stepped foot into the lobby, I was greeted with warm smiles and impeccable service. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure my saty was memorable. The location was perfect close to Haram.

The room itself left something to be desired. The furniture appeared quite old and worn, and the space was rather cramped. It was difficult to move around comfortably, especially with luggage.

Location is Fab I booked triple with partial Haram view and double room. To make sure that my rooms are connected, they upgraded the double room to triple with partial Haram view with no additional charges. THANKS!

The electricity was gone for one of the rooms, and it took at least 12 hours to send the right person to fix the issue.

The room was very spacious and entrance is right in front of haram. It has an amazing food court. The beds are super comfortable and everything is in the room. The breakfast buffet tasted amazing aswell. The staff was very nice .

The only downfall for me is the changing of 2 lifts to get to rooms and bathrooms are not the best. Bathrooms need to be looked after more and upgraded aswell.

There was a large selection of different cuisine to choose from and they all tasted exceptional

There were big queues at the egg / omelette station which caused delays as there was only 1 person cooking

The location is perfect. Staff is friendly.

Lifts has no air conditioning nor any fans. The region is super hot. There must be AC’s or Fans available in the lifts. Drainage system in the bathrooms needs to be better.

More plugs please and particularly by the bed. Soundproofing of rooms needs to be improved.

Very clean with very friendly staff. No one seemed rude at all, and I didn't have to call down to concierge for any issues/problems at all. The location is very very good. You come out of the hotel (clock tower) and right in front of you is the grand mosque (haram) the azaan (call to prayer) comes out of the speakers in the room and you can switch it off or control the volume of it. We got upgraded to partial haram view for free, very nice touch from the person who checked me in (forgot to get his name). I had room.booked from 25th but landed on 26th and checked in at around 3am on 26th, I told them beforehand I'll be checking in before just before fajr time. They were okay with it and put a note on my booking. Two people from the hotel called the phone in our room, one day before checking out and one on the day of checking out to see how our stay was etc. which was nice. Housekeeping person was friendly. Definitely my choice of hotel again should I ever get invited to umrah or hajj again insha'Allah!

The Location, it was just 2-3 mins walk from the elevator to Masjid Al Haram. Got lots of restaurants and shops which makes the stay more convenient and easier. Very clean and healthy environment. The Kaaba View from the room was something which can’t be explained by words…. Very awesome stay.

1. Breakfast menu is very very boring. Everyday it’s same. No diversity in the menu. 2. Breakfast time ends at 10.30am, which means anyone will get breakfast even if enters the restaurant at 10.15am…. But the staffs start removing the foods at 10.00am while guests are still having breakfast… while removing guests has to rush and gather the foods like animal. It is very shameful and disrespectful. 3. Must tell the housekeeping staffs to change the sheets, towels and refill the toilet amenities, otherwise they put back the same sheets and towels.
