We had a wonderful experience at the Ritz-Carlton Riyadh. From the welcoming reception to the room, food, and overall service—everything exceeded our expectations. I would especially like to highlight the outstanding hospitality of the team. Our butlers, Azeem and Kelvin, were exceptional—professional yet warm, and they truly made us feel both cared for and at home. At the reception, Ahmed greeted us with genuine warmth and went out of his way to ensure our stay was memorable, as we were celebrating my son’s birthday. Even before our arrival, Mohdi thoughtfully reached out to ask about my son’s favorite color and character in order to plan a personalized surprise. The celebration at Al Orjouan restaurant was beyond beautiful—Mohammed and the entire staff went above and beyond to organize a delightful birthday party for my son, and their kindness made us feel so special. We are truly grateful for the generosity and hospitality of the Ritz-Carlton Riyadh team. This was our first stay, but certainly not our last, InshaAllah.

There was nothing that we disliked.

The Ritz-Carlton Riyadh is a truly exceptional hotel. The architecture and interiors resemble a grand European palace, sprawling over several acres. The furniture, flooring, decor, and fittings are all exquisite, and the staff are supremely professional and courteous. The service at every touch point - lobby, reception, spa, restaurants, and guest rooms - was par excellence. I was upgraded to the Royal Suite, which was like a mini palace in itself! Spread over 5,000 sq.ft., I have yet to come across a hotel suite of such size and grandeur. It featured a huge master bedroom with dressing area, expansive drawing room with seating for over 20 guests, a dining room with a grand 14 seater dining table, an office, a kitchen, an additional bedroom, 4 bathrooms, and a large reception hall - all furnished with world class, opulent pieces, chandeliers and decorations. Truly, an experience not to be missed. Thank you ever so much Ritz Riyadh!

The overall ambiance of the hotel was exceptional, elegant, calm, and welcoming. The rooms were spacious and beautifully maintained, and the breakfast was excellent. I would like to give special thanks to the butler team, particularly Ms. Fadila and Mr. Ayman, who went above and beyond in arranging our requests exceeding our expectations. Their attention to detail and professionalism truly stood out. I also want to express my sincere appreciation to Ms. Modi for her outstanding assistance throughout our stay. Her warm approach and consistent support made our experience even more memorable.

Unfortunately, we had a disappointing experience with the security personnel outside the hotel. While taking a few photos with our digital camera near the entrance something we believed was completely acceptable, especially since the photos were only of my wife and we weren’t disturbing anyone. We were abruptly approached by security staff and treated in an unprofessional manner. They insisted we delete the photos and stood over us while we did so, despite there being no prior warning, signage, or clear policy communicated about photography restrictions in that area. The interaction was unnecessarily harsh and embarrassing, leaving a negative impression that felt completely out of place for a hotel of The Ritz-Carlton’s reputation.

We would like to express our thanks and appreciation for the outstanding service we received this 2025 Eid holidays from the best employees of Ritz Carlton Riyadh, especially to Ms Nouf from the front desk, and the chorisia lounge staff especially to the manager Mr. Sanjay Ojha, and of course to our old friend since 2023 Pintuk K Singh, who always there and never change after all this time he’s still the same kind, warm and hospitable person. To these amazing people especially to Ms Nouf Almawla, thank you a million times over for your warmth hospitality, kindness and professionalism. You all deserve so much more than just a thank you. Really thank you for making our Eid holidays memorable. We appreciate everything with all our heart. I’ve forgotten some names for sure but here are just some of the heroes! Apologies to the names I’ve missed.

Too many nonstop events.

So, Abdul rahman was amazing, apologised he couldn't get me a better room because it was busy but said to come back at 3pm and he would sort it out. I came back, he wasn't there, and a lady, I believe was susatha, was incredibly nice, gave me a room on the top floor with a great view. Had a long chat with Abdul rahman and Ahmed. Both gave me so much time to give me advice on how things work in Saudi, I could've spent hours chatting to them. Also, concierge, amira was lovely too, soo friendly.

No outdoor pool

It was a great unforgettable luxurious experience accommodating in The Ritz Carlton Riyadh🏨 From the front desk to the room service, all members are welcoming and nice. They were competing to provide the best they have. Mohand, Bander, Salman and more gentlemen. The beautiful ladies have shown their ability to work together and make the environment more enjoyable. Madawi, Raniah, Aseel, and Rayan, made my stay not only enjoyable but unforgettable as this was my anniversary. My husband and I were surrounded by a garden of Red Flowers, sweet and drinks. Mohamad, Fahd, and Raniah came up to my room the night of my last day with another wonderful surprise. Of course, all these wonderful meaningful feelings meant a lot as the message behind reflect love and happiness. Breakfast was different than normal in Alorjouan restaurant with the hospitality of Mayvel, Sumarni , Abdullah and Abdul Hadi. All were very welcoming staff. In the Hong restaurant, another magnificent journey with all the staff, especial thanks to Osama, Kelvin, and Renonte.

My recommendation is to change the carpet of the room to the level of The Ritz Carlton Riyadh.

This was one of the most unforgettable experiences. The hotel itself is beyond beautiful, the most stunning hotel I’ve stayed at to date and so grand - from the lobby to the corridors to the pool - every room was amazing. But what made our experience even better were the staff - every single staff who we encountered was so hospitable and polite, and they really did go above and beyond for us; we felt so welcomed and valued. Just to name a few of the amazing staff: Rania at the front desk, Kumar, Basem, Frank (from housekeeping) - I would name all if I could remember! I’d 100% recommend this hotel if you’re in Riyadh

Everything was amazing, truly amazing. It is indeed a palace hotel, so luxurious. My family enjoyed so much and especially the indoor swimming pool. We We got a great welcome after we arrived, our car was taken for valet parking by the friendly staff. Check in area is amazing also friendly staff. Spacious rooms, nice and clean. The hotel ambiance so beautiful and also the landscaping around the hotel, the water fountain in front of the hotel is so beautiful. The restaurant for breakfast so inviting , and plenty of breakfast selection, buffet. The food tasted amazing. I wouldn’t mind staying at Ritz Carlton Riyadh again and l will recommend to my friends and family.
