I was delighted by my short stay at Dazzler Palermo and here is why: - Super friendly and service man need staff who speaks good English! - Excellent location in a safe area but that has a lot of vibe and good restaurants. - Nice quiet pool area on the first floor. - They have a deal with a proper Gym (Fiter) 200 m down the road which has all you could possibly need for a proper workout. - The breakfast is good, served at the 7th floor with a view. I was especially happy with the fresh fruit, non-sugar yogurt (rare in Argentina) and scrambled eggs. - Free, good, filter coffee in the reception. - Free 2 hour late checkout, if available. Be aware, however, that there are several “Dazzler by Wyndham” in BA so be careful to select the right one if you use UBER.

Very welcoming and accommodating staff, and I had quite a few requests... I must thank them, as without their help with the taxi I might have missed my departure flight (Uber refused to take my order if paying with the card). I stayed in a large room with a very comfortable bed (best sleep I got in weeks!). I had a fine view on the pool side of the compound with nice neighbouring rooftops - there is a small balcony which may not be listed to the room details, but it allowed me perfectly to stargaze at night and enjoy my last night in Buenos Aires when a storm was raging in the distance. Breakfast was varied. The terrace is another nice part of the hotel (next to breakfast area) and accommodating even for remote work. Good wifi signal in the entire building. I noticed there are also dedicated workspace areas in the lobby. This hotel is located in a nice looking and safe area (I walked the streets alone around midnight to a nearby store and it was a lively and safe place), and as far as I could see, there are enough stores and markets and restaurants to everyone's taste. Overall, Dazzler Palermo is worth the money and I hope many people will enjoy their stay there, as least as much as I did!

It is not my first time here; all is great as usual; very nice area walking distance from rests,etc...

Honestly , I was surprised when I was told that the check out is at 10:00!! It is a business Hotel mainly, so I find that really disappointing. Anyway I called the reception and they gave me 12:00 o' clock check out, but still I find not proper for a business oriented Hotel to apply such an early check out.

I traveled with my cat and the hotel was very comfortable for both of us. The room was spacious and comfortable (great bed), and the staff were so very warm and helpful in making us feel welcome at the hotel! Everything was spotlessly clean. The breakfast was also very complete, with many different options. The neighborhood is also very well served when it comes to restaurants and cafés.

The hotel is well located on a quiet street. It’s well appointed, clean, comfortable, has a lovely breakfast room with sunny deck, and a pool. Everything was exactly as we would have expected.

We sent a question via Booking.com the day before our arrival and never received a reply. The reception staff could see the message but didn’t believe it was their job to respond and suggested that those messages were the responsibility of some central, Monday - Friday office (we sent it on a Friday and arrived on Saturday). We would have expected a prompt reply from the front desk of the hotel we were booked into.

Stayed here three times during our visit in Argentina, as we transited through Buenos Aires to and from other cities. We were happy all three times. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel provided currency exchange and luggage storage when we were visiting other cities in the country for a number of days, which made our travel much easier and worry free. Located within walking distance to many good restaurants. Rooms are spacious, some with nice views. About an hour away from EZE and 20 minutes away from AEP.

Room was simple but very comfortable. Bathroom was roomy and fully equipped. Very generous breakfast as well. Parking is always available (for an extra charge), which is very convenient in the neighborhood the hotel is located in. Neighborhood is safe and has many options for eating out. Staff at the hotel were very welcoming.

The location was great. Early check-in (8 AM) and late check-out (12 PM). Personal is super friendly. Palermo: only nice at evenings, kind of boring during the day. Hop-on-hop-off is great alternative for walking in the heat. Loved San Telmo and Boca during the day.

To bad there wasn’t a place to hang out in the evening. Pool is ok, but not very inviting.

Nice breakfast, great facilities, incredible location in the middle of the best area in Buenos Aires. Fully recommended to rest or enjoy the city.

Staff was a bit tough on having the dog with you while having breakfast. At the same time, it is not allowed to leave pets alone in the room. So you get a bit out of options (however, they offered taking the breakfast to the room).

Bed is very comfortable and it is well located. The staff is amazing. Great location. Easy yo acess. The staff also helped us indicating restaurants and calling taxis.

The breakfast is poor and very basic. The shower is not that strong but it's okay to have a bath. If you're travelling with babies the entrance is not very baby cart friendly, you have to use an elevator every time you need to enter the hotel.
