Very nice hotel, with friendly helpful staff. Particularly enjoyed the hot springs. Booked a room with great view. The room on two floors was spacious and comfortable. Used restaurant in evening twice, nice meals with good service and friendly staff.

The toilet wasn’t working properly, blocked so had to ask reception to get it fixed which they did but following day blocked again so had to ask to fix again! Please note we did not put anything we shouldn’t have down toilet to cause the blockages.

Tash was amazing(Chili's). We were not getting in until 2140. We placed our order to be ready for pickup when we got in. There were no problems, so nice everyone was friendly and it relieved so much stress on our drive. As well Blake at the front desk reassured us our room was waiting and no problems with not having a credit card. Again we were treated with such respect and welcomed. It was a great get away for us. We absolutely loved it there. Thank you for making our stay memorable.

The room we stayed in was too warm it was 21.5. We turned the heat off, but it was still too warm. We had the fan on, but couldn't open the window and no AC. Having stated that, we have always had a cooler place, even in the winter we have our heat set at about 18. So even though we found it too warm, others would be comfortable.

The hotel was beautifully themed. The staff were very helpful and attentive. We had an issue with a window covering not closing and it was fixed immediately. Great location and a very pretty setting. We really appreciated the complimentary bus passes! They were a bonus we went expecting!

The room was very small and lacking amenities. We had a standard with two double beds. It’s a shame they don’t have a fridge and a microwave in those rooms as clearly they are the budget conscious choice . Since breakfast is also not included we would have appreciated a fridge and microwave to help offset our meal expenses.

Housekeeping did an excellent job with the kitchenette and bathroom during my stay. Room entrance feeds onto street for ease of moving bags when parked on the street. Chili's restaurant for breakfast. Lighting in room. Good closet space. Blinds on windows and door. Front desk staff. Transit pass included with stay. Grotto-style hot pool provided a unique experience.

Air conditioner did not work. Mirror in the bathroom was a little too low for my height (5'11"). I did not get a spot in the hotel's parkade despite parking being included with my booking. The underground parkade does not have enough spots for their paying guests. However, front desk staff provided instruction for alternative parking on the street which was extremely helpful.

The beds were comfortable and the hotel was quiet. We did not hear any noise from other rooms. We especially enjoyed the Rocky Mountain Soap products in the bathroom and shower. We choose to stay here because of the Chilli's restaurant on site as well as the grotto pool. The hotel is also within walking distance to downtown and coffee shops and restaurants.

We found the hotel and rooms to be a bit more rundown from previous stays. A refresh is needed. The room had dust in some places such as on the edge of cupboard doors and in the corner of the bathroom floor. We enjoyed the balcony in our loft room, but "mountain views" was a bit misleading as you could only see the mountains by stepping out and looking to the side. The main view was of the building next door. The pool area was very busy, even later in the evening, but that is hard to predict. Our service at the restaurant was slow, and we were one of 3 or 4 customers at the time and were only ordering drinks from the bar.

We had a huge 2bedroom/ 2bath suite with living room, kitchen and balcony that was more like an apartment and could comfortably sleep 8 so great for a family or group of friends. There was a casual bar/restaurant in lobby (Chili’s) serving B-L-D including to-go breakfast sandwiches. Unique indoor/outdoor grotto themed huge hot tub that kids loved. Laundry facility on site. Parking garage right below. A little further from downtown than some properties but still an easy walk to most things. Staff friendly and helpful. Daily housekeeping. Room was quiet and dark. Balcony had a view of neighborhood and mountains in distance (even saw some mule deer one night).

Gym was small, hot and had no treadmill (handy when air quality is poor). Beds a bit firm. Some common areas looking worn.

Loved the hot pool! Nice feature for the end of a long day hiking and very cool design. The front desk staff were helpful and friendly. The location is excellent as you can walk downtown or catch the roam bus (free passes provided by hotel) at the bus stop outside the front door. Underground parking was convenient.

The room was very small—could barely fit a family of four and their luggage. Also, be aware there is no AC or fridge. The hotel is starting to show its age and could use some updates, especially in the restaurant. Chilis was dingy, tables sticky and carpet held together with duct tape.

Room was spacious, clean and it was nicely decorated. We enjoyed the layout of the loft suite and the wallpaper and fox theme was fun. Inviting lobby and restaurant. Enjoyed the hot tub as well. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Robes are definitely needed when using the hot tub. Not a big deal but would recommend them as it makes the guest experience better. Didn’t know they didn’t have them as I would have brought my own. They do have change rooms with towels before you get in the hot tub room tho which is helpful.

The location is great. it’s a 10 walk to downtown center, and the hotel offers free pass for local Roam bus, which we used a lot. The hot pool and sauna were nice, but it can get crowded at late night. The pull-out sofa bed is a nice feature. The staff were very friendly and they promptly gave us extra coffee and tea, sheets and blanket when asked.

The room is a bit small, although it’s enough for the two of us.

Lovely property, love the warm entrance with the fire place and chair around it. Makes you feel as if you are at home. The restaurant food was amazing and loved that in the morning being able to go down and enjoy breakfast with a nice cup of tea. The spa does not disappoint, phenomenal after a busy day of walking.

The room does not have a fridge which was a disappointment and did not read that in the description when booking. Found the room a little dark and small.
