This is where we always stay in Calgary. The suites are large, the breakfasts are exceptional (with more choices than a typical continental breakfast), the location is great and we love the pool and hot tub too. It was perfect for our family as it’s super close to the Zoo and Science Centre and 2 mins from a Superstore to grab groceries. Love it here!

Wish there was a kids channel like Treehouse TV available. Lots of little kids stay here and there is no channel with kids shows for young ones. Also would like the hot plate breakfast that’s offered on weekdays also available on weekends. I felt the weekday breakfast was much better than the weekend one.

The location was perfect for us. Near the airport so it was convenient after we arrived. It had various dining options across the street. (We loved the little Italian restaurant) and Costco very nearby so we could load up for our road trip the next morning. The breakfast provided very much exceeded our expectations. Every staff member we encountered was pleasant and seemed happy to be there!

There was absolutely nothing negative during our stay. We will definitely stay again if the opportunity arises.

The property was clean. The rooms were spacious. They offered 2 free drinks from the bar per room and a generous free breakfast. The pool and gym were clean. Lots of comfortable seating near the reception desk.

I booked this property using search filters ‘airport shuttle’. I incorrectly assumed that shuttles would run at regular intervals. I did not read or receive any instructions indicating I would need to reserve a spot on the airport shuttle, and that it is only limited availability. There was no signage or verbal instructions at check-in about limited shuttle service. On the morning of check out, I asked the reception clerk about the shuttle. She then told me that the shuttle only runs hourly (on the hour), and has limited seating. The next available shuttle was 4 hours later. Our family had to order an Uber to get to the airport in time for the flight. The shuttle was a small shared minivan that also served another hotel in the same parking lot. We saw other guests needing to do the same.

Fridge was broken whole stay. We told reseption about it couple time, but nothing happened. We where there 11 nights.

The room is clean and spacious, while the bed is very comfortable. The hotel has a very pleasant and calm atmosphere. The rainhead shower is excellent. All of the staff are routinely very friendly and helpful. Free underground parking is appreciated. The facilities, e.g. swimming pool and fitness centre, are good.

The included breakfast is good. However, we've stayed 3 times now at this hotel, and it has been identical each time. I would like to suggest that it might be nice to change up the menu occasionally. The room was too warm at night. Even with the A/C turned on, it took a really long time (2 hours +) for the room to cool down just a couple of degrees. The hotel has a sustainability certification, but there was no recycling blue bin in our room (I don't know if that's normal).

Bright clean rooms equipped with dishes, herbal tea, coffee. Complimentary wine in evening. The breakfast was outstaning. Fresh cooked food and lots of selection. Breakfast buffets can be disappointing in hotels but this was the best breakfast I ever had in a hotel. The rain shower was great nice temperature and pressure. The 24 hour gym was the best of any hotel. Large and spacious and lots of modern equipment

I didn't get a great sleep due to screaming coming from another room in the middle of the night. The clientelle if the hotel seemed less respectful. It is up to guests to return dishes to the cleaning station but dirty plates of uneven food were left all over the table. Although the staff did their best to clean up, they were overwhelmed. Dishes was falling on floor breaking. And there were no clean tables to eat at cause the guests that wouldn't clean up after themselves. The staff made their best to make the breakfast experience enjoyable but the guests acted like animals without any consideration of others. The doors make a lot of noise when they close so if people staying in nearby rooms that can be noisy.

Breakfast was fine, Good variety. Fresh and ready as advertised each morning.

The location in relation to the the convention center. It was a 15-20 minute drive into the city each day and had to Uber.

Travelled for only 4 days to attend a family wedding. Needed a hotel close to the airport. Room was large, bed extremely comfortable, kitchen/kettle facilities. Breakfast was surprisingly good. Staff friendly. There was a gym/pool which I didn't use. Only downside was with jet lag I was awake early and there was not a lot of outdoor walking space neat the hotel - but the streets were fine and safe so I used them! Was not expensive. Great value for money.

The helpful frontdesk staff let us do early check-in which was much appreciated since we had an event to go to at 2PM. The room was amazing, I was in love with the spacious bathroom. We didn't end up using the kitchenette since we were only staying the night but they had everything you would need. The pool and hot tub was amazing and we ended up staying a few minutes later because of it oops. Breakfast was the best I've had as far as free hotel breakfast too.

The breakfast has lots of varieties. It's very clean and quiet in my room. Staffs are very helpful and responsive. There is filtered water in my room. They offer coffee ，tea and water and snacks (cookies or apples)at lobby.

The sofa bed is too soft. It only can sleep one kid. Although it's sound proof ，I can hear the noises from traffic at 6th floor. But I don't hear anything from hallway.
