The front desk staff last night was friendly and accommodating. I like that he used text messages to check if our room was on par with our expectations. Parking was convenient underground. The pool and hot tub were clean. It's also nice that there's a fast check-out using the link that they sent on the morning of check-out day. It's also convenient that there's a key drop-off at the parking.

I didn't like how there was a random person who could access the staircase in the afternoon and night. The person kept putting flyers under the door. I know it's just flyers, but it's weird how a random person who is not a guest nor a staff can access the stairwell to guest's suites.

We loved that every room had a kitchen. Staff were very friendly and the hotel was clean. The free laundry was amazing we stayed for 4 nights it was nice to take home clean laundry.

The pool was cold my whole stay. I get they drain the water and add more as the the hotels share a pool. But it makes it unpleasant to swim in cold. The pool room badly needs something to dampen the sound. You get a few kids in there and it’s so loud it hurts your ears.

Comfortable spacious room, nice staff, let me check in early, was a nice suite, could text or call with any requests, free laundry, beverage machine, nice underground parking or above ground. Don’t clean your room unless asked to.

Only thing is I had trouble communicating to the cleaning staff as she did not speak any English, so best to just deal with front end staff.

Clean and comfortable

We could not figure out how to work the stovetop. We tried to use the pool and hot tub, but it was over-run with screaming kids. Would be nice to have an hour of kid free hot tub time at the end of the day, peace and quiet tub time! Just a suggestion.

Extremely welcoming Staff were just awesome. I was happy to take our fur baby, Mylo The staff were very efficient and greater us each morning.

For the life of me....I must have circled all of Edmonton FIVE TIMES..I could not find the hotel..I called the hotel, at this time, got directions....still lost.now I'm almost in tears. Then I remember The gal at the hotel desk mentioned Walmart. So I drive to the back of Walmart and what do I see. (CANDLEWOOD SUITES) YES!

Great hotel- this was our second stay and it's become our go to hotel to stay at in Edmonton. We love the full kitchenettes we love having the option of cooking our own breakfast, free laundry(they provide laundry baskets too in the rooms) and amenities available. Underground parking is a treat too! Staff has always been friendly enough. Love that they provide the option of texting to communicate during your stay as well as skipping checking out you can do it on your phone and leave your key on your way out. A great find!! Still haven't tried out the pool or games room but they look okay, they're located in the other hotel half.

They don't do housekeeping services unless you're staying long term, not a big deal but if you run out of things sometimes it's a hassle trying to get extra items. The freezers make their own ice! It takes forever though...it would be helpful if they mentioned that during check ins if people want ice. Trying to set the room to a nice temperature is tricky it doesn't seem to work well. Both times despite cranking the settings we were freezing at night and too hot during the day.

Property offers breakfast in adjacent hotel with additional charges. It is connected to the property. Hotel is at walkable distance from Walmart and bulkbarn. Few minutes drive to West Edmonton mall.

Exceptionally friendly service, rooms were spacious and clean and pet friendly.

There is no restaurant attached and our rooms were on different floors because we needed a pet friendly room.

Location was great, pool was great

No breakfast. Pool could stay open a little later as quiet time is not until until 11pm
