Good location, comfortable beds/pillows. Good room temperature. I really liked their bathtub, nice and wide with a sloped back, plus it had a grab bar for helping to get in/out. You can help yourself to coffee/tea in the lobby and can purchase snacks from a well-stocked snack bar. No breakfast, but it's located near a McDonalds and not far from other breakfast spots like Denny's or Cora's.

My sink stopper got stuck down, but once i notified the staff, they fixed it right away and gave the sink another polish. As well, I found lots of short hairs in the tub/shower walls which was off-putting. I rinsed the shower/tub down before using it. I'm sure if I had flagged it to the staff they would have serviced/cleaned my room right away.

It was clean and in a good location

I didn’t like that I was told I couldn’t use visa debit after I read that they do take it under the questions about this location someone asked and it said yes . Every other hotel I have ever stayed in had no problem with it I was told they would do it one time for us but next time we need a credit card . My husband and I don’t use credit cards so we won’t be staying at this hotel again.

The room was larger than I'd expected it to be, which gave me ample room to put my yoga mat on the floor. I liked having the small couch there too. The front desk agent was also very helpful with my request to print up three pages from a USB stick that I'd brought along but which didn't work at the computer in the lobby. I hadn't had time to do so before my long drive there. No printer at my home.

The view was nothing to write home about, but I get it. A parking lot in the city.

The room was pretty nice and cozy, and the location is convenient. Plenty of available and accessible outlets. There are a lot of shops and restaurants around.

The walls are quite thin and you can hear sounds from other rooms, hallway and the parking lot.

We did not have breakfast included. Went to neighboring restaurant on property. Restaurant was very good.

Was told I could not get a receipt from hotel. Yet I need a hotel receipt for tax purposes as this was a medical appointment. I did print off my receipt from booking.com but stares cannot be used for tax purposes.😢

Great quality , at a very good price. The interior of the room was very clean with a very good lay out. The room smelled fresh. Room was very well equipped: microwave, mini fridge. Greatly located : 5 minutes driving distance from West Edmonton mall. Beds were very comfortable . We enjoyed our stay and we will book again on our next weekend trip in the near future. WiFi worked well. No concerns at all during our one night stay.

Good sized room and bathroom. Clean room, big fridge, big desk. Full size mirror on the door and large bathroom mirrors were a plus. Location was good...close to West Ed. Parking was fine with plenty of spaces available when we returned at 9pm.

Not having an elevator was a bit difficult. No smart TV either.

That I was a real late check Inn nd my room was still there .

I didn't like that the damage deposit was not allowed to be cash, as a person like me I don't believe in credit cards and only have visa debit to di deposits or cash .. this is a very bad thing for alot of us ppl that travel no everyone has credit cards but do have funds... Shud bring that back because without that I will not be able to stay here if it's credit card only for deposits ..

We liked that there was a Bible in the room. We appreciated that there was a microwave in the room and that the hotel sold frozen meals that we could cook. we so appreciated that the hotel provided paper plates and cutlery. we don't like to eat out a lot, so this meant a lot to us. The cleaning staff were wonderful- especially the lady from Ukraine - she used her phone to translate so we could communicate. we were blessed to get to know her and very proud of the hotel for hiring her, considering all her country and people are experiencing.

Lovely upgrade for special celebration. Friendly staff. Location is excellent and standup closet in the room was a nice touch.

Bathtub full of hairs and watermarks on taps indicating it was not cleaned at all :( tissue was inside toilet, unflushed. The room had a strange smell.
