My first to stay at Hilton and I feel secure. Every room in the property like fitness centre, laundry room, common washroom need a card to open. Room was great with mini kitchen which I like the most. The room looks clean to me but exhaust fan in washroom was too dusty. Waking ip in the middle of the night because i heard baby crying.. I called front desk because I need blanket and maybe he is busy so I went to downstairs to grab it. With the experience, I still look forward to come because of the security they have.

I liked that the staff was super friendly and easy to talk to. The TV allowed for us to log in to our streaming services which was nice to relax after a long day. There was an assortment of breakfast items.

The beds were not comfortable and there was no hot tub. The breakfast "room" was part of the lobby and was very crowded and inconvenient when over lapping check out time and breakfast. The staff was accommodating and helpful with the over lap but definitely not easy to load your vehicle threw the chaos.

Staff are very good here. Nice clean rooms and lobby. Good room lightning and design. No bad odors or strong chemicals. WiFi works better than most hotels I've stayed at.

I prefer taking stairs as the elevators are slow. Switched to 229 for another week because the room has less external noise. The building next door has lots of cellular antennas but most people probably won't care. I prefer mattresses that keep your back straight.

Bed was comfortable. I loved the practical kitchenette. Curtain separating sleeping area from sitting area is so smart as are the nesting tables and wheeled table. Smart designer! Breakfast was more than adequate and coffee was excellent. The pool and outside sitting areas were such a nice bonus to a lovely stay.

I am a foodie, so I would have liked a bigger and fresher hot breakfast food choice…but it was more than adequate. I did have one problem (forgot my sunglasses in the room at checkout) but to my relief, they were eventually found a few days later.

The staff were friendly and accommodating to anything we have asked. The food was delicious especially the make your own waffles! Having a 24/7 pool was also awesome and amazing to see. It's location is very easy to get around to wherever you need to go. The pillows and bed were so comfortable too.

There could have been more towels in the pool area. Couple times going there was no towels. We really did not have anything to complain about. This hotel is wonderful to stay at.

The hotel was close to everything! The rooms had everything we needed to have meals or snacks between breakfast time. The pool was clean and easy access to the patio area.

The BBQ pit area gets crowded with smokers and drinkers and it doesn’t make it enjoyable for all to enjoy.

The breakfast had a great variety of foods. The room was exceptionally clean and the amenities worked well. The outside hotel grounds were well-developed and offered great parking.

The bathroom door to our suite, 412, didn't lock! The coffee in the breakfast room was very strong, I had to add plenty of sweetener to bring down the bitterness.

The hotel exudes a contemporary ambiance with captivating colors that are equally captivating both indoors and outdoors. The kitchen boasts an exquisite design, although there is room for improvement when it comes to breakfast offerings.

The hotel had thoughtfully provided Columbus Pizza flyers in the guest rooms, which we appreciated upon our late-night arrival. However, our experience took a disappointing turn when we attempted to order pizza. The individual who answered our call from Columbus Pizza was exceptionally rude, even going so far as to abruptly terminate the conversation when we inquired about the available toppings. Considering this unfavorable encounter, I strongly suggest that the hotel reconsider allowing Columbus Pizza to distribute their flyers in the guest rooms.

Excellent, clean as ever. Room was great. Spacious, convenient supplies for our time. All linens were exceptional clean and thick. Walking shower absolutely 💯 for us! Pet friendly! Front desk team always great.

I would have given a 9-10 except I wasn't really thrilled about the breaksfast. Only to 9 :00 am..and selection was weak. The "coffee" sorry was like drinking luke warm brown water. Lack of good fruit selection. Bed was abit lumpy with a depression.

Large clean room, friendly staff, excellent location. Bright rooms, quiet atmosphere, comfortable bed.

Air con was hard to manage, the placement beside the bed made it difficult to regulate temperature. It was too cold with it on, too stuffy with it off.
