Stayed here over the Christmas period whilst visiting family - what a great little find! My wife actually commented that it felt as though we were staying with family as the staff were so friendly and accommodating - even leaving a small Christmas gift for guests on the big day! Room was comfortable and spacious with everything we needed for a great stay. Loved "The Rag" in the bathroom, quirky idea that raised a smile (if you know, you know!) Will be visiting Medicine Hat several times in the coming years so will definitely be staying here again and again.

Breakfast choice was limited (but the waffle maker more than made up for it)!

Location was close to everything ,but housekeeping forgot about doing our room but we understood that there were 66 checkouts which overwhelmed them but they were super nice in making it up to us throughout our 5day stay 2 thumbs up

The staff were wonderful and our room was quiet and very clean. The location was next to a mall and theatre which, if we were there longer, would have added to our entertainment. The location also was close to a few restaurants. All together this made for a great stay. We would definitely stay here again.

The breakfast area layout is quite tight, especially for the number of people trying to access it. It just requires patience. The food was good and the staff did their best to refill the dishes quickly. Tables were cleaned in a timely fashion.

Can’t beat the location- walking distance to mall and several restaurants! Room was spacious and clean- was nice to have extra space as we were there 2 days.

Pool area smelled strongly of chlorine! Was so strong, we only sat in the hot tub for 15 minutes, tops!

Amazing suite and the most comfortable bed ever. Temp was perfect as was lighting and all bathroom and amenities. BEST breakfast since Covid and VERY FRIENDLY STAFF!. This was a 10 star +++ stay on a very hot day! Lovely pool that we dud not use.

The king suite was very spacious, clean and quiet. Bed very comfortable. Check in and check out were quick and easy. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall ambiance is modern, comfortable and clean.

Ice machine was turned off on our floor. No recycle bin in our room. The water pressure in the shower was extremely high darn near ripped your skin off. Other than events at the Coop Center, the location of this hotel is out of the way from most of the city and even being a king suite and all, the room was slightly overpriced. This area needs sidewalks, we had to walk on the road or on grass most of the way to the Co-op Center.

The pool was very nice and even had spare life jackets for kids. Our room was spacious and quite clean. The staff were friendly. Breakfast was good as well.

The amenities like soap came in larger dispensers that need to be refilled and they were forgotten in our room. There also were some plugs that didn't seem to work.

I have stayed at this hotel before and had a positive experience so I re-booked for this trip. It was comfortable and had everything I required. The location is good and the restaurants around the area were accessible either by walking or driving.

The parking lot was a bit crowded, but they seem to have many guests so that's to be expected.

The breakfast was good and being consistent filled. Great juice bar and good coffee. The coffee was out in main lobby when we were leaving so that was disappointing since 3 housekeeping staff visiting behind the counter at that time. Overall good location and nice room.

Comfy bed and soft sheets. Breakfast was very good.

I resent having to pay and additional $100 as a damages deposit. I realize I am supposed to get it back, but they are getting thousands of dollars benefits for 24 hours.
