Breakfast was good for the included price. The guy on the desk was lovely, very friendly and attentive. Best location for the hospital which was the aim of our visit, literally 5 mins away and parking was cheap too

We booked a king room which the guy 'upgraded' to a jacuzzi room. This room is a great size with the jacuzzi, a small kitchen area and separate sitting are BUT it was in desperate need of an upgrade with cracked floors, broken shower door, hairdryer did not work, drawers loose on the kitchen and rust in certain areas of the bathroom. The photos on your website do not reflect the condition of the room we were given, they made it look a lot nicer.

Great location. Management and staff are very accommodating. Great place to stop over for a night or more. Rooms have almost full kitchen. Wonderful breakfast. Manager was on site and made us fresh eggs in the morning for breakfast. A very nice and polite man. Thank you very much! We will see you again.

Room was not heated on initially checking in. However, staff and management were able to move us quickly to a heated room.

Clean, good value, friendly staff, dog friendly $15/dog. I would recommend this place for quick stops late at night when passing through.

There's a small gap in the flooring between the bathroom and bedroom to stub your toe. Everything else was clean and worked.

Considering the price, the place was clean, and the bed was super comfy. I will definitely stay again the next time I’m in town to see my dad.

Not a fault of this establishment rather wall air units, get the room to desired temp, then shut it down.

Breakfast has a very good selection. Rooms were quiet & comfortable. Liked the pet friendly room on the ground floor.

We were chilly in bed the first night.....however we asked for blankets the next morning and they were cheerfully supplied. That night we were warm & comfortable.

Our room was large and had a kitchenette.

I would have given a 10 but the remote for the TV did not work. The gentleman at the desk tried different ones and did offer us another room, but we were already settled

im so impressed with econolodge, this will be my new place to stay when i come to medicine hat, please dont raise the prices. And thank you, i had the best sleep i had in months, i slept for almost 10 hours straight. The bed is super comfy as well. Thank you

The bed was very, very comfortable. That was the best. There was a good selection of food for breakfast. There was good selection of channels on the TV. I liked that there was a balcony that I could sit out on if I wanted to. All the staff was very friendly. Everything - taps, toilet etc worked well.

Staff was friendly. Location was good. breakfast was good. Coffee was excellent. Kids enjoyed the pool.

Sheets were not changed before we arrived. There was blood stains from another guest on the sheets. Dishes were not washed but were put in the cupboard dirty. hot tub was under repair.

It was nice to have a free breadfast. We arrived around 9 and there was plenty left for us. The location of the motel was perfect for us becausse I wanted to play bowling and the bowling lanes were less than a block away. It was so fun and there were some pool tables also. What a laugh!
