We loved staying here - it has a beautiful view of the lake and the room was lovely, very clean and the bed very comfortable. The staff were nice too.

Our only complaint is the breakfast is served on very flimsy paper plates and paper cups which we're finding seems to happen regularly in Canada. This is new to us as we're from New Zealand and we never do this there. It astounds us as it's all going into landfill. Surely it's not that hard to wash a few nice breakfast plates and cups and save the environment from more landfill? This is more an observation though, rather than a complaint. The hotel is lovely.

Beautiful location and view. Staff was very friendly answered all our questions and made sure we had a great visit. The lodge is such a wonderful addition where my kids (8,11) loved playing chess and the breakfast was an extra surprise. Just waffles toast and muffins cereal and tea and juice but it was enough to fuel us until lunch. The room was a little tight and bathroom was even tighter but we didn’t spend much time inside and the outdoor space and lodge makes up for it. We wish we would’ve had more time to stay there and I am sure we will be back in the future

The location was wonderful with all rooms looking out to the lake. Each room had a balcony to enjoy the view. Beautiful golf course next door. Staff was utterly amazing, and bent over backwards to help us with an issue that had nothing to do with the resort. There is a Hot Tub on site, but unfortunately we never found time to enjoy it what with nearby hot springs in Ainsworth & Nakusp.

Couldn't find ice. A little pricey, but accomodations can be difficult to find during the tourist season so we were quite happy to pay the rate in exchange for the amazing roads and stunning location.

My husband and I absolutely loved this place. It is a beautiful property with a spectacular view of the lake. The room was spacious with its own private balcony there is a spa and good breakfast options. The staff were super helpful and nice. Well priced definitely would stay here again.

Magnificent view. Balcony to sit and enjoy the view. Pleasant accommodating staff. Comfortable bed and pillows. Spacious room. Upon arrival there was an initial feeling of isolation, but the hotel is only a few minutes away from local attractions. Ainsworth Hot Springs is less than 15 minute very scenic drive away. We spent the afternoon enjoying the Ainsworth Hot Springs and Cave, returned to the hotel and then drove back to the Ainsworth Hot Springs for delicious supper at Ktunaxa Grill. Next morning we drove only a few minutes to the Ferry Terminal and took the ferry across Kootenay Lake to continue our journey.

Only a cold take away breakfast in a paper bag was available. Out of 14 hotels we stayed at on our extended driving vacation this was the only one that did not offer some version of breakfast buffet that included both hot and cold items. For the price point at this hotel I think there should have been a better offering for breakfast.

Reception was great and very accommodating Hottub after hours just our group of 6 Breakfast staff was nice and welcoming Rooms and view nice

Had tough time locating it in dark Hwy and roadway signage would help

The location was awesome, the beds were very comfortable.

The breakfast was a little light. There is no other restaurant close by to get a full breakfast so I would have liked something more. However the cereal and muffins, coffee were fine.

The balcony, and the view were absolutely beautiful. The lobby was great was well.

The price was fairly high for the amenities that were available. The sounds from other rooms.
