My room was on the 6th floor, with a view of the mountains and the trains running below. I love the trains. There was also a window that opened, It was great. All the staff I encountered were friendly and helpful. I especially want to recognize Simran, who kept the breakfast organized. Great breakfast.

There was no indoor storage area for my e-bike other than in my room. Every other Marriott property I've stayed at --- as well as other hotels --- has been able to store the bike, even if it's just in an unused conference room or someplace like that. But this hotel had nowhere to store the bike, so I had to take it to and from the 6th floor in the elevator, which I believe inconvenienced other guests. This is surprising in Revelstoke, which is so bike-friendly in every other way.

Best chain-hotel-provided breakfast I've ever had in almost 50 years travel, including Route 66 and Rome. And the nicest possible modern and well-designed breakfast room, with mountain views even. The huge variety of offerings and their quality exceeded all possible expectations.There were even croissants available, better than those from the Deux Magots restaurant in Paris. (and equal to La Terrasse in the 7th Arr.!). Also, highly drinkable coffee, which is rare these days, except by special order and typically at additional cost. The staff were always present keeping every table spotless, while interacting at the same time in the friendliest possible manner with the guests. Awesome food, therefore. Awesome staff, therefore.

For the money and the location, nothing needing improvement. Easily the best place to stay in Revelstoke.

Hotel was in a good location within walking distance to a restaurant and and a few eateries. Easy access to the highway, great for an overnight travel. Breakfast was very good with a great variety and the room was roomy and bed was comfortable.

At the check in we were told the train tracks were right behind the hotel and possibly trains could be going through during the night and if you were sensitive to noise to grab ear plugs provided. I did wear my ear plugs and did not hear anything and had a good night sleep, as I am sensitive to noise. Was told that the train traffic varies depending on the day, guess we were lucky to have a quiet night. Besides this the hotel is very nice and adequate.

Newness and cleanliness. Breakfast options were good. Close to highway. complaint was that the booking implied a Mountain View however the queen bed suites are not located on the Mountain View side of the hotel. A bit disappointing as I specifically booked a suite thinking we would get a better view. Our view was of the hotel car port and evennthat was blocked by the building structure 🥴

Very clean, well maintained hotel. Self serve breakfast was very good with a wide range of cereals, yoghurts, and fruit as well as hot eggs, bacon etc. Waffle option was great too. Coffee was hot, fresh and strong. Upon arrival was offered a room upgrade to a superior king suite which was spacious and newly renovated. All of the staff, especially at reception, were welcoming, attentive and professional.

The location, while convenient to the highway, was a little noisy due to the proximity of the railway line. Luckily, train activity seemed to stop before midnight.

The breakfast was excellent and what made it better?—metal knives and forks! And another thing———the ceramic (not plastic) plates were warm!—unheard of even in some very expensive hotels. Everything about this hotel was excellent. The view of the Rockies at the back of the hotel was stunning.

You may think that this is an oddball comment but——the metal forks had no curve in them which made it awkward to pick food up. Also, there was a sign for the Whirlpool, but it was only under construction but was told it would soon be finished.

Everything was just fine your breakfast was very good a lot better than most breakfast included lodging . I was passing through to Calgary and have stayed there before for the same reasion it was and is my stopover place when needed to be

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful from the moment we arrived. The property is absolutely beautiful, and having a mountain view from our room made the experience even more special — it was everything for me. As a bonus, the room was spotless and flawlessly maintained. Highly recommended!

When we checked in on Aug. 19 the front desk attendant (I think his name was "Harry") was super friendly and helpful. Great job!

The location is a bit noisy near the train tracks. We used ear-plugs combined together with a white noise app on our phone to hide some of this train noise. We put our phones (with a white noise app running) near our heads when we were sleeping to maximize the cancellation of the train noise. This worked fairly well. You can experiment with different types of white noise sound effects on these apps to find the sound efffect that best hides the particular noise that you are bothered by.

Quick, efficient check-in. Clean, spacious room and comfortable bed. Great shower. Good breakfast.

If I had to pick one thing, it would be the noise from the railway that the property backs on to - but I am a very light sleeper and I am sure requesting a room that faces the parking lot would nullify the noise from the train issues.
