I had car problems. So I used an online booking system to find a hotel near where my car was being towed. My vehicle was suppose to be ready at 11 am and it wasn't.. I asked the front staff if we could stay a bit longer pasted check out. They went above and beyond and allowed me to stay. I had also called when I booked as I had indicated I would be in a bit later and did not want my hotel room to be given away. I checked in near midnight with family. Everyone was so helpful and great. Highly recommend this place and will come back again on my next visit to Vancouver from Kelowna BC. Thank you so much.

I do not have any complaints at all. Ohhhhh maybe end the breakfast at 11 am? Only a suggestion? NOT a complaint.

Outside the property, it was clean and looked very nice and well kept. Lobby was really clean and staff were all extremely friendly. The room was clean and had a few extra toiletries, A/C and heat worked really well, and the bed and pillows were very comfortable for a great nights sleep. There was also a fridge and microwave in the room. Location was (for me) a little far from Vancouver where I planned to site see but that was me and my planning being as it was my first time in the country, but also really close to the boarder. Lots of food close by including a grocery store, McDonalds, and Tim Hortons just a few blocks away and walking distance. They also had a washer/dryer for guests. Indoor pool was also open, no hot tub. FREE PARKING!!!

The chair for the desk was really old and used. Could also upgrade the TV. Could benefit to adding new plug in options to cater to usb and usb-c charging for devices.

Very clean hotel. New furnishings, nice linens and bedding. Friendly front desk staff. Everything in the room was pristine and worked well. Very comfortable bed. I also ate at the restaurant for dinner and it was excellent.

We did not have breakfast at the hotel restaurant.

The room is too bright because the street lights shining through the window.

There breakfast price should be explained. The quality was great, but I had to pay the tax on the value of the breakfast and pay gratuity. That was a surprise.

The staff was very kind. He explained we could get our room upgraded with IHG membersip and gave a suite. The room was much bigger than usual and the bed was so comfortable that we could sleep very soundly.

Air conditioner was set to automatically turn on and off. It made a funny noise whenever it started working.

the room we had booked was very spacious and the ladies at the front desk were beyond amazing! They accommodated us for early check and we’re so friendly and kind.

It was over priced for a Friday night. There was no long weekend or holiday so not sure why it was priced at $318 for a Friday night during the summer! We had no option except to book this hotel as it was next to the venue we were attending a function at. Hotels downtown were roughly about $150 the same night (just for comparison).

Breakfast was so delicious, they are freshly prepared and served. The server was superb and helpful. I will come back here again in my future trip here in Vancouver.

There was a little smell in my bathroom. but other than that I like my room.

This Holiday Inn Property is Managed & Operated by an exceptional Staff. Check-in was efficient, fast & my request for adjoining rooms fulfilled without problems. My European Family were amazed by this beautiful location, clean & most comfortable rooms and extra clean bath facilities. Front Desk Staff Friendly, Informative and Customer Service stellar.
