We booked a suite for a family of 5, with one disabled child. The facilities were clean and roomy with enough space so we were not on top of each other. The pool facilities were good The breakfast was good and plentiful with enough to fill up for the day.

The hotel is pretty much located away from a lot of anything, tagged onto the edge of what was meant to be a popular entertainment complex. It is located next to a large cinema which we used whilst we had the inevitable wait between being able to check out and go and collect our RV.

A nice place to stay if you have a car. If not, communing might be painful. They have spacious rooms with well-equipped kitchenettes and other facilities. Parking lots are always available. Staff members are friendly and always here to help.

Mediocre breakfast, Europeans might get disappointed. But! The coffee is really good though. Also bathroom curtains they have look a bit cringe in 2025.

Breakfast was fantastic. Would have liked it open a bit longer than 9:30. Staff fantastic. Shuttle from airport was slow but shuttle to airport was great. Driver especially helpful. Our room was better than expected. The only disappointment - my husband is incontinent and they only changed the sheets once in the week we were there. We didn't always have fresh towels even though they took the used ones away.

The room was comfortable with a nice bed and a good amount of space. The location is convenient when planning to catch a ferry as part of your trip as well (just be aware that as of our stay there was considerable construction in the area). Breakfast was good too.

The parking lot is very small so if you're arriving later at night there may not be any spaces available (not sure if you can stay in the mall parking lot). Also the parking lot stalls are very small if you have a large vehicle.

Really nice sized room, modern appliances and great bathroom. Very clean. Bed was SO comfortable! Quiet, even though in quite a busy area. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was really good, lots of variety.

Would have preferred a bathtub and not just a shower. Some breakfast items weren't very warm. Location is quite away from the airport, about a 25 minute drive. There is a great free shuttle though.

Great location with restaurants and entertainment in walking distance. Whirlpool hot tub was great! Loved the airport shuttle! Breakfast was good. Staff was very helpful and they were able to check us in earlier as well as hold our luggage for us til we could check in.

They put a charge on our card as a deposit in case you ruin their room. I used a debit card, so I didn't see that money for several days.

The front desk staff are friendly, helpful and informative. During our stay, we were provided courtesy shuttle rides to and from the airport which made our trip a lot easier and faster. The breakfast was awesome and I keep coming back for more and no need to go somewhere else to have it. The room, including the washroom, are cleaned and sanitized.

I have nothing to complain!

This review is part of a big road trip we planned around British Columbia and Alberta – flying in from Australia and renting a car, for the trip of our lifetime so far. We put a huge amount of time, energy and expense in planning the whole trip. As Aussies, we just want to say Canada is amazing. Just beautiful. It was worth every bit of planning and expense we put it into for so very long. Be proud Canada – what a beautiful place you live in! So, in that context, here is this review: We chose this motel due to it's closer location to the where our ferry was leaving. It was a two night stay and we visited Vancouver itself while there (Stanley Park and Gas Town) - but we like traveling so we don't mind driving (accommodation in the city itself was so much more expensive). The room was modern, clean and comfortable. The inclusive breakfast was really good.

The staff were a little formal and stiff. Geez, would it kill you to crack a smile?? We realised, soon after leaving, that we had left out camera there but, despite phoning the motel numerous times and they saying they would check and call us back, they never called back once!! The attitude was very poor, disappointing and unprofessional! Looks like a cleaner or the next client in the room scored a free camera - or an unscrupulous staff member who didn't let the chance go by.

The room, the transfer to and from Airport, the breakfast, the peace and quiet.

Maybe the location was a bit far from things, but we found a good dinner at The Old Spaghetti Factory. I also was not aware that 833 was not a toll free number, and spent 25. on a call inquiring about an excursion.

Some sort of convention was on so we had to sit in a convention room for breakfast but staff were very accommodating. Rooms seem clean and bed was comfortable . And good Wifi .

Pillows were too soft but that seems to be the problem in all hotels. And prices for snacks( 24hr store ) were very high almost 3 times more compared to corner store.
