The consistency of the cleanliness and housekeeping were exceptional. We don't need to remind them to clean or refill towels, water bottles and etc. on a daily basis. The breakfast was superb! You can take time to eat and relax. They also have a deli station where you can grab and go if you are running out of time. They also provide water station daily whenever you feel thirsty. You feel very secure at the hotel as there is always a security at night and also your key card access is very secure for each floor designated. Overall rating, we were very satisfied and highly recommend to our friends and relatives.

The breakfast was ok, due to a staff strike at the hotel it was very limited on services and breakfast was given to us complimentary due to the industrial action so I can’t complain about that. The rooms were lovely and roomy the view amazing.

Even though I was aware parking was charged extra I really don’t understand why, they have a dedicated carpark under the hotel and for the cost of the room and then to charge $20 per night on top is a bit rude really. I feel as a guest it should be included.

Room was excellent, beautiful view, clean, large, had all the amenities that we would use, Nespresso coffee was a treat (as we have at home also), fridge was a bit tiny for us, We did not make use of either the express or cafe breakfasts (a bit pricey). Bed was super comfy. Nice tv size for catching up on our Netflix series in the late evening!

Bathroom was nice, although lighting could be brighter for the mirror. The heavy doors down the hallway made a LOT of noise in the early mornings, late evenings so would disturb our sleep. Food, lounge and breakfast bar were a bit pricey for us.

The Sheraton hotel was more generous than other hotels and offered me a complimentary breakfast for my first visit. Aswell a free parking spot for one day. Everything else went well during my stay including service, response, and beauty.

The Sheraton hotel has a small parking area which doesn't fit all vehicles but I managed to find a good spot effortlessly. Also I was able to bring my dog just to my room where there was nothing for them. A dog bowl or treat would have been more appreciated.

Breakfast was good. I didn’t realize we had the option to order from the menu until the last morning, while we were already eating, so that was a little bit disappointing.

That there’s no club room or extra benefits for those who have paid extra to be on the top floors. The fairmont has a whole floor dedicated to members only and they have a guest lounge which has cocktails and breakfast on a whole other level. Drinks (including alcohol) are all included and it’s help yourself.

Workers are really friendly, breakfast is really good, there’s security outside the building so there was nothing to worry about parking outside, housekeeping took the time to organize my baby’s toys and stuffies on the bed when cleaning my room, would definitely stay there again for vacation.

Overall, everything was great the service, cleanliness, and location were all excellent. However, the air conditioning unit was extremely loud, which made it difficult to sleep. At this price point, I expected everything to be close to perfect. If the room had been cheaper, I might have been more forgiving, but given the cost, this issue really needs urgent attention.

The room was clean and spacious and the shower was great. Parking in the underground garage was 15 CAD per night which was acceptable. The continental breakfast was exceptional with a great variety to choose from such as fresh fruit, pastries and smoked salmon. The staff were very friendly and helpful…. The pool and jacuzzi area is very nice, there are a lot of seating areas which is nice. The hotel is located walking distance from some restaurants, so convenient to grab a bite to eat.

There was no microwave in the room and no option to heat up food on the premises, I would have expected this from a 4 star hotel. There are no options in the hotel to do laundry, you would have to drive to a laundromat.

Room is clean , quiet and nice views. Bed is comfortable. Thank you for giving us the room we requested. Front desk staff is excellent and checked in is fast.

Staff in Breakfast areas are not friendly. They never smiled even though they are not busy at all. Wifi doesn’t work well I have to use my data to check the email. There is garbage bin in underground car park needs to be empty. It doesn’t look good.

Everyone, from the front desk to the housekeeping staff, were superb. Helpful and knowledgeable. It's a convenient location at the airport with incredible facilities. Rooms are redone and well appointed. Afternoon tea and breakfast at the restaurant were fantastic. All around a wonderful stay.
